Pros:

M carlos est le meilleur propriétaire que j'ai rencontré, toujours à l'écoute, on est arrivé plus tôt que l'heure prévue du check in, et il nous a accueilli, très bon emplacement au milieu de Louxor près de tout.

Hôtel convenable sans plus
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, près de commerces, du temple de Luxor et des stations de bus accessibles à pied. Tôt le matin, le quartier n'est pas trop agité. La chambre était propre et disposait d'un frigo. Nous vous conseillons de prendre une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue pour éviter d'être dérangé par les bruits. Le personnel était gentil et il est possible d'avoir le petit déjeuner à emporter.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas très bien éclairé, il fait assez sombre dans les chambres. L'eau chaude met du temps à arriver et la pression de l'eau n'est pas très forte. Lors de notre deuxième nuit passée dans cet hôtel, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et malgré nos relances, personne n'est intervenu pour arranger la situation. La climatisation ne marchait pas bien ce qui est très dérangeant au vu de la chaleur qu'il peut faire. Nous n'avons pas apprécié la remarque d'un membre du personnel qui s'attendait à un "gros pourboire" à la fin du séjour, ce n'est pas professionnel et bienvenue. Mais c'est un problème général en Egypte.

Un hotel confortabil cu atmosferă locală , curat și primitor și extrem de amabili cu oaspeți

Mia plăcut ospitalitatea personalului chiar și administratorul hotelului Karlos a fost de mare ajutor

Je recommande et j'y retournerai.
Pros:

J'ai trop aimée l'emplacement de l'hôtel presque au centre on a pas besoin d'aller loin pour trouver ce qu'on cherche.

Cons:

Ils sont très gentils et dès qu'on a besoin d'aide ils sont là.
