Chic stay
Pros:

Great sea view. Amazing designs. Large rooms. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Parking limitted and tight parking space. Limitted seating area around the pool, very hard to find a sunbed.

Pros:

Инстаграмный отель, хорошие завтраки. В номере удобная кровать. Вид из номера - шикарный, вид на море. Засыпать и просыпаться под такие вид просто нереально.

Cons:

Персонал пока что только раскачивается, ждать приходится очень долго, блюда не очень вкусные, салат цезарь был без курицы, грамм 30 от силы, десерты это отдельный «шедевр». Однако бармен просто нереальный, очень вкусные коктейли.
Также мы приехали отмечать день рождения, заранее предупреждали также, не было банального поздравления как в других отелях в которых ранее останавливались, это немного испортили также картину

Actual 4-star hotel
Pros:

The hotel is clean with tasteful decoration and a beautiful swimming pool. We enjoyed the varied breakfast, strong Wi-Fi, and the convenience of beach access across the street. The sea view from the room was lovely. A highlight was the bedding; the pillows were very comfortable, and providing two per person, one firm and one soft, catered perfectly to our individual preferences.

Cons:

While the hotel has potential, it falls short of 5-star standards due to several maintenance and service failures:

- Room Issues: Our "Triple Room" had a sofa bed instead of the advertised single bed. The air conditioning was non-functional, making the room uncomfortably warm at night, and the safety box did not work. There was also only one trash bin provided for three people.
- Bathroom floor: The bathroom was constantly wet because the sink leaked, the shower drain was clogged, and the shower glass did not reach the floor.
- Service & Facilities: We were only given one key card for three people. Despite requesting an extra one twice, we were told both times that they had run out of cards to cut, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the minibar was empty despite signage.
- Parking: There is not nearly enough parking space for the number of guests. We were forced to leave our car keys at reception with no receipt or formal guarantee, which felt disorganized and unsafe.

Pros:

Nach unserer Anreise aus Saranda wurden wir hier im Hotel sehr freundlich von der netten blonden Frau und ihrer jungen Kollegin (Azubi) empfangen.

Das Einchecken ging schnell und unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer mit Privatpool ist einfach nur wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet und die Ambientebeleuchtung, der Meerblick und der Infinitypool runden das ganze zu etwas besonderem ab.

Das Hotel hat ein Flair bei dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Es ist so liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Hotel eigene Restaurant, der Frühstücksraum so wie der Infinitypool für alle Gäste lädt definitiv zum dort verweilen ein. Pünktlich sein lohnt sich natürlich. 😉☝️✨️

Restaurants und Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe und bis Vlora sind es mit dem Auto 15Miniten. Das Hotel bietet auch ein eigenes Taxi an.

Zum Strand gelangt man über eine Brücke und kann dort schön auf modernen Liegen chillen, lassen und den einen oder anderen Cocktail genießen.

Fazit: Wie versprochen, werden wir uns wiedersehen!!!

Beautiful but far away from the center of Vlore
Pros:

In the area, views were absolutely gorgeous! Hotel itself had clean aesthetic, towels were changed daily and room was clean.

Staff was nice and helpful.

Beach and pool area were amazing. Also, breakfast was really good! Regina taxi was cheaper than local uber, which was nice.

Cons:

From Vlorë to hotel takes up to 30min. Also, taxis are expensive, lot of traffic and some drivers behave crazily. Would recommend renting a car from Tirana, alternatives in Vlorë were little shady.

Communication between staff was poor and we had some issues with our paid deposit and hotel room because of that.

Food was not that good. Would recommend choosing restaurants near by.

La piscine et la chambre d hôtel

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était assez limité en choix et ne correspondait pas totalement à nos attentes.

Par ailleurs, l’eau de la douche s’écoulait mal et débordait dans la salle de bains, ce qui était peu pratique.
