Pros:

Довольно не свежий отель, но чистый. Отличное месторасположение относительно навигации региона. Вокруг много не больших магазинчиков и ресторанов. Вечером приятно побродить по не большим улочкам!

Cons:

За 4 дня ни разу не было уборки комнаты, сослались на экологию 🤷‍♀️. В июле жара, не работают кондиционеры! За все дни ни разу не поменяли полотенца, которые изначально были не свежими.
Нет никаких удобств в номере. Кровать и стол.
Хозяин вел себя высокомерно и не оказывал никакой помощи, все его раздражало.
На ресепшен практически никогда нет никого.
Сам отель мрачный и в винтажном стиле, чтобы скрыть все недочеты и не производить ремонт.
Окна номера выходят на крышу и когда открываешь балкон, то со двора не свежий запах!
Телевизор в номере вообще каких-то прошлых лет. Стоит на угловой полке под потолком. Холодильника нет.

Excellent location and fantastic staff
Pros:

The location was fantastic for exploring the town and nearby restaurants. Considering it was in the centre it was very quiet in the rooms. Frederico, the owner was fantastic and made us feel very welcome and was informative of the area. There was a lift to all floors so accessibility excellent. The rooms were lovely and clean

Cons:

The single occupancy room was very small with little room in the bathroom and was quite difficult to move around the door but the double rooms were very spacious

Pros:

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Hotel Saini in Stresa! Sehr schönes Zimmer, sauber, gepflegt, mit Klimanlage ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr netter Mensch, mega unkompliziert und stets verfügbar und um seine Gäste bemüht. Preisleitungsverhältnis top! Parkkarte gibt es bei ihm für 10 Euro pro 24h für den Parkplatz am Hafen und ebenfalls Tickets für die Boote zu den Inseln.
Wir hatten ziemlich kurzfristig gebucht und haben es absolut nicht bereut! Klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Gemessen am Preis, der Saison und dem insgesamt hohen Stabdard gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern.

Ok fordi der var velfungerende aircon. Receptionen var ikke bemandet. Vi spiste ikke morgenmad på hotellet.
Pros:

Ligger godt, hvis man kan lide turistområdet i centrum.

Cons:

Kunne ikke få lov til at købe sen udtjek selvom der var flere ledige værelser også næste nat (ifølge booking.com). Ret arrogant holdning fra personalet, da vi spurgte om hjælp fordi vi først skulle flyve sen aften. Vi købte i stedet et værelse på et nabohotel, som gerne ville hjælpe.

¡Excelente!
Pros:

El alojamiento está literalmente a 2 minutos del embarcadero. Es muy cómodo y accesible, además de su excelente atención a los huéspedes. Federico y su equipo nos ayudaron en todo y fueron muy amables con nosotros. Además, esa estética del hotel de casa hogareña, junto con el comedor, hace la estancia muy cómoda y acogedora.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza no se da por sentado, hay que pedir jabón y gel entre otras cosas a ellos directamente. Esto es simplemente diferente a otros lugares, pero la comunicación con el equipo del hotel es excelente.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Stresa - perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Stresa. Staff were really attentive, communicative and available. Breakfast had a great range of continental options, including juice, hot drinks, fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs, cheese, deli meat and breads/pastries. Our room was comfortable and located on the first floor, although we always find double rooms that have twin beds pushed together a little uncomfortable. A nice big bathroom, with a powerful shower.

Cons:

A couple of little things to note, which weren’t listed on available facilities, but would have been useful anyway: use of an iron and mini fridge in the room, particularly in hot weather to keep water cold.

I loved everything about this hotel, friendly helpful staff and owner, nice rooms, great location, and very accommodatin

This hotel is so charming and the room was clean and cool. Beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful and very accommodating. Frederick the owner helped us throughout our stay and made the entire short trip a total pleasure.

Great place to stay in Stresa
Pros:

Great location in the town, close to the ferry and the bus stop for the airport. Spacious room and clean.

Cons:

The downside to being in the town is some noise late at night and the rather enthusiastic bell ringer at the nearby church but, it's to be expected and not the hotels fault, of course.
