Cons:

Het sanitair (bad en wc) slecht en verouderd. Handdouche en flesje zeep stuk. Slecht douchen met veel water op de vloer.

Perfect location for visiting Troyes.
Pros:

Great location with underground parking a bonus. Lift from carpark to guest rooms Quiet air conditioning & good shower. Efficient WiFi.

Cons:

Only one chair in room. Minimal shelving for clothing.

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, um die Stadt kennenzulernen.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, so konnten wir dieses Kleinod Troyes in aller Ruhe kennenlernen. Der Parkplatz liegt ideal im Parkhaus mit direktem Hotelzugang, besser geht's nicht.

I did not feel that this qualified as 4 star accommodation
Pros:

Great location
Lovely breakfast and nice quality crockery
Pleasant staff

Cons:

The room was very poorly designed, cheap, amateurish design and looked like student digs. Also very dusty not just in the room, but in the dining room decorative niches near the tables too. Shabby carpeting in corridors and overall, on closer inspection, everything was very low grade (looks amazing in photos but in reality it’s very poorly decorated).
Finally, we were charged 12 Euros for parking when we checked in at reception which was fine, but upon leaving the automated car park, we had to present our ticket and pay a further 6 Euros for the barrier to lift.

Séjour agréable car plein centre ville mais déçue par les prestations de l’hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement top, le parking accessible et le fait qu’on puisse sortir du parking sans contrainte

Cons:

La chambre et la salle de bain pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles : néons 1 /2 qui marche, problème d’évacuation du lavabo, pas de papier ni stylo dans la chambre

De locatie en de parkeergarage onder het hotel! Perfect!

We zaten op 3 hoog.. en de kamer was aanzienlijk verouderd…

Für eine Stadtbesichtigung die beste Wahl
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in mitten der historischen Altstadt und hat dennoch einen eigenen Zugang zur Tiefgarage. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Das Zimmer war sehr groß und komfortabel, wenn auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
