Disappointing experience
Pros:

Reception staff were hospitable and professional.

Cons:

Disappointing experience overall. The rooms had no air conditioning and the windows were all shut so it was very stuffy in the room when we arrived. We had the room towards the road and for a little village the noise levels were very high at night and I’m from a major city and we don’t have those noise levels. We had to keep the windows open due to the non existing AC. The breakfast was equally disappointing. A big tourist group would empty the whole buffet and only one staff member who couldn’t fill up the empty buffet place fast enough. It took 30 min to get some simple scrambled eggs. If you can not handle big tourist groups or understaff your breakfast service don’t accept group bookings as you will annoy other paying customers. Also one coffee machine for about 60 people is not good enough either. Overall very poor experience and the amount paid does not reflect the expectation.

Albergo dall'atsmosfera familiare, si vede che ci tengono ed e' in condizioni impeccabili. La sala ristorante e colazione e' molto bella e la colazione e' servita in modo non convenzionale: yogurt, muesli, cereali, frutta etc. sono tutti in mono porzioni dentro vasetti di vetro con il coperchio. Non e' come il solito buffet dove tutti alitano e si muovono con ovvie conseguenze sul cibo esposto, Molto igienico, bello da vedere e da gustare. Ottimo piu' ! Buono anche il ristorante con piatti locali e un servizio cortese. Alessia alla reception e' Stata veramente gentile, efficiente e super carina !

Cons:

Oggi come oggi l'aria condizionata in un hotel diventa un must........investirei nel mettere aria condizionata almeno in alcune camere. Le camere Sono funzionali ma molto piccole e il bagno e' veramente mignon. Ma non tolgono nulla alla esperienza complessiva.

Super tolles, persönliches Hotel mit feiner Küche und schönem Wellnessbereich. Nahe Viamala Schlucht
Pros:

Super netter Empfang und obwohl wir viel zu früh ankamen, war das Zimmer bereits bezugsbereit. Danach tollen Lunch im Hotel genossen mit Option zur Gestaltung von gesunden, leckeren Bowls (TOP!).
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ruhig gelegen.
Nachmittags ging es noch zu Fuss zur Viamala Schlucht und mit dem Postauto in 5 Minuten zurück nach Thusis.
Am späteren Nachmittag konnten wir noch ganz entspannt den tollen Wellnessbereich geniessen. Es gibt zwei Saunen (eine recht heiss, eine relativ warm) und ein Dampfbad. Der Wellnessbereich ist super schön und es wurde extra auf Anfrage für uns zwei alles parat gemacht. Genial um einfach mal zu entspannen.
Das Abendessen war auch super und glutenfrei war problemlos möglich. Danke für den Extraaufwand mit der Menu- Änderung.
Am nächsten morgen konnten wir ein frisches, reichhaltiges Frühstück (Buffet) geniessen und konnten so gestärkt unsere Wanderwoche abschliessen. Hier fand man auch glutenfreies Müesli, lactosefreie Milch und leckeres, glutenfreies Brot (zwei Sorten :o)) wurde direkt am Tisch serviert.
Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen wieder, falls es die Gelegenheit gibt.

Cons:

Auf ganz hohem Niveau angebracht: Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre super! Falls dies in Zukunft ein Thema wäre, gibt es bestimmt viele Gäste, welche dies schätzen würden. Im Sommer ging es auch ohne Wasserkocher... und bestimmt hätten wir auf Anfrage, sowie wie wir das Personal kennen und schätzen gelernt haben, auch einen Wasserkocher haben können.

Tolles Hotel im Herzen von Thusis
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mitten in Thusis! Ideale Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und haben unser grosses, sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer sehr genossen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, die grosse Restaurantterrasse lädt zum draussen Sitzen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, liebes Hotel Weiss Kreuz-Team!

Very good hotel we will be staying again in a few weeks
Pros:

A modern interior with good size rooms and very clean. Good wifi, free parking and an extensive breakfast. The restaurant was open and the food was good.

Cons:

We were there during a heatwave and unfortunately there isn’t air conditioning in the rooms.
