Κρίμα που διαλέξαμε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο
Pros:

Ήταν πολύ καθαρά τα δωμάτια . Πολύ ευγενής ο κύριος που ανέβαζε τις βαλίτσες .

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν απαίσιο καλή ποιότητα είχαν μόνο τα τυριά και αλλαντικά . Ούτε ο καφές και το νερό δεν ήταν καλά ! Το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ μικρό με κουρτίνα μπάνιου . Κακό στρώμα φρικτά μαξιλάρια . Το ψυγείο μια δούλευε μια όχι . Το σεσουάρ δεν δούλευε το ερκοντισιον χάλασε και ευτυχώς το έφτιαξαν . Ζητήσαμε οδηγίες για μια εκδρομή στα νησιά Μουράνο και προσπάθησαν να μας πουλήσουν κάτι τουριστικό το οποίο είναι οκ αλλά μας παρέπεμψε σε έναν κύριο που ήταν από εκεί ο οποίος μας είπε πως στα μέρη που θέλαμε να πάμε δεν επιτρέπεται η είσοδος ενώ πήγαμε κανονικά χωρίς ραντεβού.
Ευτυχώς δεν τον ακούσαμε . Οι κύριοι στην ρεσεψιόν σε γενικές γραμμές ευγενικοί αλλά όχι όλοι . Δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα του !

Le mauvais temps !!!!!!!

La réponse faite par l'hôtel quant à l'obligation de voir avec vous mon problème de séjour lié à l'obligation de l'écourter d'un jour en raison d'un problème familial qui est survenu quelques jours avant notre départ et ce dont je vous avez fait part.
Si en fait j'ai pu le régler au niveau transport, le responsable de l'hôtel m'a renvoyé vers vous pour "m'indemniser" au niveau du prix de la chambre que je n'ai pas occupée le dernier jour ( le 16.05 )

Our stay at this hotel makes our full Venice trip excellent
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent and it is very close to San Zaccaria piers from where all water boats are available for visiting all the Islands.Main advantage of this hotel is Elevator facility. Breakfast was also very good. If I visit again at Venice, definitely I stay this hotel.

Las personas de la recepción no son tan cordiales, pedimos un costurero y no lo entregaron de mala manera, para el precio que se paga esas cosas deberían estar en la habitación y las personas de recepción deberían ser más cordiales
