Odlicno
Pros:

Hotel je na odlicnoj lokaciji, na minut do plaze i setalista. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, bili su spremni u svakom trenutku da pomognu i pruze informaciju (fen za kosu u sobi nije radio i cim smo to prijavili obezbedili su novi u roku od par minuta). Dorucak u hotelu je raznovrstan, veliki izbor slane i slatke hrane, kao i voca i povrca. Odnos cene i kvaliteta je 10/10!

Very good price and value ratio, a great place to stay if you visit to spend a lot of time at the sea.
Pros:

The hotel has an excelent location super close to the beach, also very accessible from the train station. The room and common areas were kept very clean. The staff was super nice, all the time accessible and helpful.

Cons:

Some of the interior furnishing are outdated, would require a bit more funding and maintenance, for example the doors, the locks often jammed. Everything was kept spotless, but some things would require and overall renovation.

La camera molto piccola seppur con un balconcino dove ci si può sedere fuori anche se non proprio pulito,quando sono arrivata in bagno non c erano bagno doccia e prodotti da bagno li ho dovuti chiedere non tutto mi hanno dato

Ubytování odpovídá nízké ceně
Pros:

Hotel je na skvělém místě. Je blízko k nádraží i k moři. Byli jsme tam jako dva páry. První pár byl poměrně spokojený, druhý však neměl štěstí na pokoj.
Co bylo dobré:
Nízká cena ubytování.
Pohotový opravář.
Vzhled pokoje.
Smlouva s pláží.
Prostor pro odložení kufrů zdarma.
Trezory na pokojích (i když k nim nebyl návod).
Možnost nechat klíče na recepci.
Na balkónech byla šňůra a kolíčky na prádlo.
Možnost posezení na balkoně.

Cons:

Výtah fungoval jen někdy, občas jo a občas ne, tlačítko stále svítilo, ať už ho někdo zmáčkl či nikoliv.
Snídaně sice byla relativně dobrá, ale jen se doplňovala, tzn. ve spod byly staré tvrdé housky, hnusné nakyslé melouny apod. Po mírně zkaženém dortu se manželce dokonce udělalo nevolno. Na snídani byla přemíra sladkého pečiva a zákusků. Naopak zelenina se obvykle omezila na nezralá rajčata.
Úplně jiné informace o pláži jsou na stránkách než v realitě -> Ceny se hodně liší podle měsíce, ve kterém jste ubytovaní a nikde tyto ceny nejsou napsané. A pláž č. 25 už ani neexistuje.
První pokoj:
Na balkoně byl neustálý silný hluk pravděpodobně ze vzduchotechniky.

Druhý pokoj:
Na horní polici nad hlavami velká vrstva prachu, očividně to tam nikdo nikdy neutíral.

Netekla nám ve sprše teplá voda -> tekla jen ledová či vařicí (studená/teplá jen problikla), kohoutek na sprchu byl úplně k ničemu, teplotu to nijak neregovalo
Klimatizace nejdřív nefungovala, pak fungovala jen na 21° a ještě z ní furt kapala voda, v jednu chvíli jsme jí tam měli tolik, že jsme museli v 9 večer zavolat opraváře, jinak bychom tam ráno měli potopu.
Chybí mrazák v lednici.
Nešly zavírat dveře do koupelny (chyběl tam ten cvoček).
Majitelka nedokázala pochopit, na co se ptáme, i když očividně anglicky umí. Stále dokola vysvětlovala něco jiného.
Málo kolíčků na balkóně (byly 4 :D)
Neměli jsme v pokoji cedulku na dveře, aby k nám ne/přišli uklidit.
Uklizečka byla z Tuniska a neuměla anglicky, italsky ani arabsky, takže buď nás nechtěla chápat, nebo neuměla číst.

Great Hotel with an amazing breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the lively street with all the shops and only about 5 minutes on foot from the sea. We really appreciated the discount offered by the hotel for Bagno 28A.
We really enjoyed our room, especially the air conditioning in the hot days and the balcony. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a fresh and varied selection every day, including all kinds of sweet and savoury options. It was also lovely to have the option of enjoying breakfast on the balcony.
The staff were very kind, friendly and polite, and our room was cleaned every day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom could benefit from some renovation. The water pressure from the tap was quite low, and the shower head was partially clogged with limescale. Unfortunately, the mini fridge in the room was also not working.
These were relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make the overall experience even better.

Molto vicino al mare. Colazione compresa e abbondante. In generale pulito.

Cons:

Anche se costava meno di altri in zona, alcune cose erano sotto standard. Antine che non si aprono. A/C datata. Mancanza di poggia sapone in doccia e doccini pieni di calcare. Ma soprattutto telefono che squillava a caso in camera anche di notte (3am). Ho fatto notare alla reception e il signore mi ha detto che non dovremmo neanche averlo il telefono in camera e comunque basta staccare la cornetta…
