This lovely family run hotel is laid back unpretentious atmosphere. The staff are incredible and went out of their way to help when I had an issue with my rental car. It’s in a brilliant central location with easy access to everything in this beautiful little alpine town.

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Hotel con instalaciones muy viejas. Necesitaría una reforma integral. La habitacion con camas y almohadas nada cómodas, duras. Decoración de moqueta de suelo y pared muy anticuada. El lavabo muy viejo. La pica tenia grietas. No volvería a este sitio.

Kedves, szolgálatkész személyzet. Nagyon jó lokáció. A tisztaság, a kényelem, a szobából való kilátás. A szoba felszereltsége.
Napközben, 8-18 óra között egy messzebb lévő külső parkolóházba kell az autóval parkolni, mert közvetlenül a hotel előtt csak 1 óráig engedélyezett a parkolás, óránként 2 Euróért. A parkolóházban ingynes a parkolás a hotel lakói számára.
La ubicación es excepcional. Nos dieron una terraza con vistas preciosas al lago.
Al principio no nos funcionaba la tarjeta para abrir la habitación y fueron muy atentos, subieron inmediatamente a solucionarlo.
El desayuno era muy bueno con unos croissants super ricos.
El baño era un poco antiguo pero aún así estaba muy bien.

The location was amazing as well as all of the staff. Check in was easy and parking wasn't an issue. We had very slow internet on the road and made a last minute decision to book here without all the details. The hotel didn't have AC in the room so the windows needed to be left open to stay cool. The room and the hotel are on a major street with traffic well into the night and staring around 4:30 AM. The beds were hard.
Breakfast was fair, again staff was awesome.
I would stay again if they installed AC and updated the beds, otherwise it is just too loud
Bed was hard and the traffic noise is above average. Since there is no AC, the windows need to be left open

The street noise was incredibly loud and disturbing throughout the night.
The beds were like hammocks…. old, mattresses needs to be replaced.
The shower pan separated from the wall…. needs caulking. The shower curtain was too small allowing water to spill out onto the floor.
Overall, I give this property a low score.
Based on our experience, the room was old & tired looking. I would not rate this property 3 stars! I’ve stayed in hostels that were better.
