Best Buffet Breakfast in Bangkok
Pros:

The Hotel breakfast is fantastic, one on the staff called Gig was 1st class, Gig ensured we were well catered for even making us coffee. Thanks Novotel and Gig for a great morning.

Inconsistent service. Whilst mostly good, one staff at the breakfast buffet concierge was unfriendly and rude while another housekeeping staff did not change our bedsheets and towels despite being personally asked to do so

Hotel with great location and services
Pros:

Hotel is located in the best location of Bangkok, Siam Square, surrounded by restaurants, bars, department stores, and very close to BTS. The atmosphere in the hotel is much more cozy after renovation. Breakfast is very good and has much more variety of food after implemented a new buffet line last month. Much try the new lemon yoghurt soft serve, very refreshing. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Khun May at the restaurant, very nice and helpful.

Not worth the money! Better options around the location!
Pros:

Location: Best location, centrally located.
Room: Very small room, old, bathroom doors are dirty with stains!
Breakfast: Okay, but they do not have varieties, and also a Novotel hotel should have had soaked oatmeal/porridge, which they never had for all four days.
Staff at the Breakfast restaurant - Robotic, no smile, borderline rude!
Cleaning Staff and Reception Staff - Excellent.

Cons:

The room is really small, no laptop/reading table or chair - very difficult to work. I am here for work/business. There should be more variety for breakfast, it's really mundane!
Not worth the money!
