Wonderful service
Pros:

We enjoyed the lounge here the last few days, breakfast and evening cocktails. We received wonderful service from Mint, Well and Pear. Mint went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and well fed. She was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square in Bangkok. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was excellent, right next to shopping malls. We enjoyed the aquarium at the nearby mall, found great Indian and Arabic restaurants on Arab Street, and visited Tim Hortons in the nearby shopping center. Highly recommended for families.
