Taranquila y en calma, muy cerca a todo.

Viajaba con mascota y solo en el Hotel me dijeron que el precio era de 30.000 pesos por su estancia, cuando yo pregunte si por noche mencioanron que No, que era por todos los dias de hospedaje, sin emargo al dia siguiente mencionaron que era por noche lo cual no estaba dispuesto a pagar, pero me dieron la solución de que solo pague los 30.000 por todo el tiempo, porque eso me habian indicado, entonces la solucion fue amable , solo recomendaria que estos extras se informen por anticipado, talvez a la hpra de realizar la reserva.

Mi estancia fue muy satisfactoria ‘ puesto que el personal de cocina como la señorita Pilar de recepción se destacaron con la atención y colaboración permanente, siempre con esmero y dedicación. La recepcionista es muy atenta muy servicial, siempre está muy atenta a que estés muy a gusto!! Buena ubicación cerca de la Embajada Americana y cerca de varios sitios..

There was chewing gum stuck to the wall next to the inlet, the shower was pretty much pointless, the “dining” area was really small we got told breakfast was until 9am we got to the”restaurant” at 8:35am and got seated only to sit there and the woman in the kitchen found it acceptable to talk to her colleague and say “ it’s Sunday why can’t people get up early for breakfast, we don’t have any food left to give them and we have started cleaning everything” she was also saying it loud enough for everyone to hear and trying to belittle us in front of everyone, to the point where other customers were walking upstairs laughing and talking about us also. There was absolutely no need for the comments especially as loud as she was saying them. We then went to check out and the woman behind reception was absolutely spot on with us no issues at all then the other kitchen woman decided to come back and put her say in yet again absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. 10/10 never staying there again. Also don’t believe any 10* reviews you see on here or any other platform as they send you a text saying “if you give us a good review we will give you 10% off you next stay” well keep your 10% discount I’d much rather stop in a cardboard box, the “double bed” was just 2 singles pushed together and the mattress wasn’t even the same size.

Las personas del staff fueron muy amables.

Cons:

Las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias. El baño no está en óptimas condiciones. No hay buen aislamiento del sonido, entonces se escucha TODO lo que pasa en recepción-sala de estar. La reserva decía que tenía vista a jardines, pero no es así. El espacio es pequeño y mal ventilado.
