Posizione centrale, parcheggio gratuito.

Cons:

Bagno da ristrutturare, piccolo e vecchio, fughe delle mattonelle nere. Mobilia essenziale e datata. Letto scomodo a molle. Infissi che non insonorizzano, si sentono tutti i rumori della strada.
Colazione deludente.

Pros:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer, sehr großes Bett, die Nähe zum Zentrum und zum See. Im Hotel gut es einen Fahrstuhl. Parken des Motorrades war direkt am Hotel möglich. Freundlicher Inhaber.

Cons:

Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, daher sehr laut (Verkehr, Gewerbe). Vor meinem Zimmer lag die "Terrasse" auf der bis weit nach 0 Uhr lautstark benutzt wurde. Es durfte dort auch geraucht werden. Einmal Fenster auf und das Zimmer roch nach Rauch. Das Frühstück ist italienisch bescheiden. Der Frühstücksraum ist ungemütlich.

Bolsena stay for VF
Pros:

Good location for walking VF. Very clean and quiet.
Coffee was good at breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast was full of sweet things which is not my preference.

Not worth staying, for what they charge compared to what they deliver.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient for people doing the Via Francigena, as it is located just where the Via passes in Bolsena and close to the ancient town.

Cons:

The hotel overall is outdated. The furniture of the rooms, equipment, air-conditioned (very old equipment and not working), the frigobar, which could not be turned on (no plug connection). The breakfast very basic, no fruits, no cheese or other cold cuts, for instance. The point is that for what the hotel charges, it should deliver much more. If they decide to keep it as it is, then they should charge at least half of what they charge, or even less. I am comparing to other places I am staying at in the Via Francigena.
