nice hotel

lady at reception was outstanding, she guided us about hotel and surrounding very well. all of the staff are hotel are well trained , SPA was amazing with lots of facilities

Der Aufenthalt hatte sehr gute Aspekte, aber auch nicht so gute.

Die Lage, die Qualität der Küche des Restaurants, Fahrradverleih, Shop

Cons:

Die Servicekräfte in den Restaurants, nicht gut ausgebildet, wenig aufmerksam, beim Frühstück wurde zum Beispiel das Brot -jede einzelne Scheibe- mit den blossen Händen nach gelegt. Hygiene! Das Zimmer war überparfümiert.

Cons:

Restaurant ist eher ein Eventlokal für Junge. Frühstück eher bescheiden, vor allem kaum Brot, das zum Frühstück passt.

An wonderful place to stay, especially for a solo traveler.
Pros:

I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff was. The property was a surprise gem with all the available services. I felt like I was in a resort, rather than a hotel. And the attention to detail in terms of design was exciting.
