Great place to stay in the Italian countryside
Pros:

What a great establishment! The hostesses were really warm & helpful and the service was great. We had a great stay as a group of friends with children.

Eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft zu einem sehr guten Preis
Pros:

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wann hat man schon mal die Gelegenheit in so einem Haus zu übernachten. Das ganze Ensemble mit dem Park ist einfach toll und die vielen Terrassen und offenen Räumen sind super, wenn man sich mal zurück ziehen will. Auch wenn das Zimmer nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, waren die Betten superbequem und wir haben geschlafen wie Steine.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, das ich eigentlich gebucht habe, war wegen einem Wasserschaden nicht verfügbar. Wenn uns das jemand vorher gesagt hätte, wären uns beim einchecken ein paar lange Gesichter erspart geblieben.

Spectacular location and fabulous property
Pros:

A fantastic find which is actually far more beautiful than the photos. Stunning mountain-side location with amazing views. Staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. Regret that I was only able to stay for one night, I definitely return again.

Pros:

Exceptional place to stay. Beautiful area and stunning building. Reception experience was friendly with Julia taking the time to show us around. A car is probably better if you want to explore more of the area but we were fine on public transport up to Lake Iseo. Check your timetables and have a plan B just incase last bus has gone etc. Some aspects of the room facilities you may class as basic but as its a listed type of building nothing much can be altered. You get to stay in a piece of fascinating history. Very happy to come back to this place and area again.

We liked the place, safety, staff, location.
Pros:

Good, simple breakfast. Sitting out on the terrace. Very pretty location. Hot and the cicadas were loud. Yogurt, pastry, coffee.
The staff are wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. They are the reason to come back

Cons:

It is an historic building. So there are few adjustments they can make. The room was huge, but a little worn. Everything worked, but nothing luxurious.. comfortable bed.

Einmal wie eine italienische Adlige übernachten!
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne alte Villa, mit einem Park in dem die Kinder spielen können.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Guilia war sehr entgegenkommend und hat uns verschiedene Zimmer gezeigt! Ein sehr gutes italienisches Frühstück, welches wir auf der herrlichen Terrasse genossen haben, rundete den Aufenthalt ab.

What a beautiful place to stay! I loved everything about it - the place was gorgeous, the hosts were so friendly and made me feel very welcome and at home as a solo traveller. The dinner was amazing and such a beautiful setting to have it in.

L'hotel era una bellissima villa circondata da un magnifico parco. I titolari sono molto accoglienti con i cani e si possono portare ovunque all'interno della struttura. Colazione molto buona servita nella bellissima terrazza dell'hotel circondata dal verde. Camera veramente molto grande dotata di una terrazza gigante e molto pulita

Il mobilio è un po' datato, ma d'altronde si tratta di una villa antica.

Prachtige locatie met ontzettend vriendelijke gastvrouwen. Op een mooi centraal punt in de buurt van Iseo en Brescia.

Alles is wat gedateerd. Als je daar niet van houdt, is Italië misschien niet de beste keuze voor je vakantie.
