Przemiły pobyt w cudownej lokalizacji
Pros:

Bardzo miły personel, wygodne, przestronne pokoje. Bardzo blisko do wyciągu. Super spokojna okolica.
Byliśmy z psem i bardzo polecamy. Trafiliśmy pokój z ogródkiem, więc przy psie dodatkowa wygoda! Przemiła obsługa!

Piacevole soggiorno sulle Dolomiti
Pros:

Staff gentile, sempre disponibile ed accogliente.
Cibo eccellente sia a colazione che a cena con prodotti tipici locali( avevamo trattamento di mezza pensione). Abbiamo apprezzato anche l’attenzione ai dettagli che hanno avuto per il nostro bimbo di 2 anni.
Posizione ottima per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse della zona.Straconsigliato

Best hotel staff!
Pros:

The best hotel staff I’ve ever experienced! They went above and beyond to help us through a really stressful situation, even acting as our personal translators when we needed help. Their customer service was unreal, constantly checking in to make sure we were okay. They genuinely couldn’t have done any more for us. Absolutely outstanding service and the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

المكان جميل والاطلاله على الجبل جميله كذالك نظافه المكان وموقعه الجمييل والهادي وكل شي قريب منك وتعامل الموظفين راقي وجميل انصح بهذا المكان عشره من عشرة

Pros:

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort. Wir kamen mit 2 Motorrädern, die wir in die Garage stellen durften. Beim sehr freundlichen Empfang bekamen wir sogar ein Zimmer- Upgrade. Das 4 Gängemenü als auch das Frühstücksbuffet haben uns gut geschmeckt und waren auch mehr als ausreichend.

Uns hat alles gefallen, weil es einfach keine negativen Erlebnisse oder dergleichen gab!
Wir wünschen der Familie Leiter und dem ganzen Personal alles Gute und nur das Beste! , es war eine tolle Woche und man kann sich nicht mehr wünschen.
Ob nun die Herzlickkeit , das Essen und die vielen informativen Kleinigkeiten und Aufmerksamkeiten.
Unkompliziert und alles bestens.
Noch nie so erlebt und eigentlich ist ein einfaches "Danke"dafür viel zu wenig.

Hotel in posizione strategica, molto pulito e ordinato, colazione a buffet molto buona, la cena ottima e servizio eccellente. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff e in particolare alla sig. ra Sabine per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, e un grazie anche a Valentino per la simpatia e la professionalità dimostrata, sempre con il sorriso sia per gli adulti ma soprattutto con i bambini. Per chi vuole relax e sentirsi a casa lo consiglio. Noi di certo ci torneremo.
