-Cena: piatti semplici ma ben cucinati e buoni.
-Stanza spaziosa
-Posizione comoda al centro
-La piscina nonostante i pochi lettini a disposizioe in relazione al numero degli ospiti

-Colazione: poca scelta nel salato, assenza di cartellini con descrizione del prodotto offerto, bevande calde solo con macchina self service e personale di sala non attento agli ospiti ma preoccupato di apparecchiare velocemente i tavoli per la cena.
-Aria condizionata che disturbava pesantemente i tavoli in prossimità
-Alta presenza di mosche nell'area pasti in particolare sopra ai piatti dell'area buffet

Gute Lage und schöner Wellnesbereich.

Cons:

Personal eher unfreudlich und unkoordiniert. Kommt eine Gruppe mit einem Reisecar kann es sein, dass man 2-3h beim Nachtessen sitzt. Salat am Buffet wird nicht frisch zubrereitet was sehr schade ist. Das Essen ansonst ist gut.
Der Veloraum und die Garage dazu sind selten abgeschlossen meist haben wir sowohl die Garage wie auch die Tür offen angetroffen.

Pros:

Punto strategico per visitare l’alto adige, la piscina a disposizione nelle ore pomeridiane che ci ha dato sollievo dal caldo.

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere un po’ lenta, abbiamo lasciato la camera alle 7 e siamo ritornati dall’uscita nel primo pomeriggio e la camera non era stata ancora riordinata.

Fantastiskt hotell för vår resa till Dolomiterna!
Pros:

Nära till centrum och olika hiking platser vi ville besöka. Fin pool och underbar personal! Vi hade turen att bli uppgraderade och fick ett superfint rum med balkong. Bra parkering.

Cons:

Inte jättebra frukost, mest sötsaker. Badrummet skulle behöva en liten uppgradering och ordentlig städning.

Hyvä hotelli retkiin dolomiittien nähtävyyksille.
Pros:

Uima-allas, allas-alueen puutarha ja saunatilat ovat todella hienot. Bruneck on sopivan lähellä dolomiittien nähtävyyksiä joten sijainti on niihin nähden loistava. Itse kaupunki ei näyttänyt kovin kiinnostavalta ja hotellikin sijaitsee hieman keskustan ulkopuolella ns. uudella alueella. Toki helposti saavutettavissa autolla ja parkkitilaakin on riittävästi. Huone oli siisti ja aamiainen oli kattava.

Cons:

Emme löytäneet ilmastoinnin kauko-ohjainta ja toisena yönä huone oli jo liiankin viileä. Emme kuitenkaan kysyneet apua henkilökunnalta. Aamiaiselle mentäessä kysyttiin (kaikilta) hieman tylysti outo kysymys siitä olemmeko puoli-hoidolla vai bed-breakfast. Emme ymmärtäneet mihin tietoa tarvittiin. Lähistöllä ei juuri ole ravintolatarjontaa ja sunnuntaina suurin osa niistäkin oli kiinni.

A truly exceptional hotel with outstanding staff, fantastic food and the perfect location for an unforgettable Dolomites
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel ANDER and genuinely couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend our week in the Dolomites. It was the perfect base for exploring the region, with Kronplatz right on the doorstep and iconic locations such as Tre Cime & Cadini di Misurina, Seceda, the Adolf Munkel Trail and Lago di Braies all within an easy drive. We flew into Innsbruck and drove to the hotel, so the large on-site car park was a huge bonus.

Check-in was quick and effortless, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a balcony, which was spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean throughout our visit. The room was serviced every day to an exceptional standard, and the large, incredibly comfortable bed was exactly what we needed after long days hiking. Waking up to views over the gardens, heated pool and surrounding mountains each morning was simply breathtaking.

We booked half board and couldn’t recommend it enough. Breakfast offered an excellent selection of hot and cold options, perfect for fuelling full days in the mountains. Dinner was outstanding every evening, showcasing the best of South Tyrolean hospitality with an extensive salad buffet followed by delicious starters, two mains and dessert. The variety was excellent, every dish was beautifully prepared, and the quality was consistently superb. Our personal favourite was the scampi risotto!

The landscaped gardens and outdoor heated pool were another highlight, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Above all, what truly makes Hotel ANDER exceptional is its staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. A special thank you to Marco, Christina, Luka and Felix, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and consistently went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference.

Cons:

Nothing at all. We honestly couldn’t fault a single aspect of our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t change a thing.
