la cena . Per essere un 4 stelle, molto al disotto delle aspettative. in alto adige ho sempre mangiato bene, ma qui il cibo è da 1 stella, peccato perchè per il resto è valiodo.

A great break along the Puster Valley
Pros:

The heated pool was outstretched. Balcony rooms great. Breakfast seating a bit confusing. Has a very good bike room.

Wie immer sehr freundlicher Empfang und schönes Zimmer. Lage mit dem direkten Bahnanschluss super. Nur wenige Minuten bis in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Unfreundlicher Service beim Frühstück. Auswahl überschaubar. Filterkaffe ungenießbar, Orangensaft hatte den Namen nicht verdient. Rührei dafür top.

Pros:

I had a late check in which was well explained and spot on. Lady at the reception did her best. Clear communication. Property is set on a main street and easy to find. Spacious parking. Courtesy bottle of water in the room. Fine breakfast, I loved the marmelade.

Cons:

Single room I got at the end of a corridor had a strange odor. Bathroom too. No shower gel or soap in shower cabin. Wifi of no use.

Bell'albergo con parcheggio, spa e piscina, a pochi passi dal centro di Brunico
Pros:

Posizione strategica per raggiungere in 5 min a piedi il centro di Brunico, ottimo e ampio parcheggio, stanza molto pulita (anche se non grandissima) con un bel balconcino. Letti comodi, doccia molto ampia, ho apprezzato il phon in aggiunta a quello da parete ormai vecchiotto. Colazione nella media per un 4 stelle (meglio il dolce del salato, anche perchè le uova al buffet erano spesso fredde). Ci hanno cambiato le asciugamani tutti i giorni e a nostra richiesta anche gli accappatoi (cosa molto apprezzata dato il soggiorno di 4 notti). SPA molto bella e silenziosa, la bio sauna a 65° davvero efficace dopo lunghe giornate di trekking. Molto bello anche il giardino esterno e la piscina con acqua riscaldata e zona idromassaggio.

Cons:

Al personale della colazione qualche sorriso in più non farebbe male. Una volta finito il balsamo che ho trovato in camera il 1° giorno sarebbe stato apprezzata la sostituzione del flaconcino. Colazione migliorabile sotto alcuni aspetti (proporre qualche piatto da ordinare al momento, specie le uova). L'ultimo giorno il bagno turco non era in funzione. So che non dipende dall'albergo ma avere la sfortuna di trovare gente maleducata che grida e fa rumore in piscina rovina decisamente l'atmosfera, forse si potrebbe segnalare con qualche cartello di rispettare delle regole di buona convivenza con gli altri ospiti.
