Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre, der Blick in die Landschaft wunderbar. Das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider ist die Anlage etwas heruntergekommen. Liegen am Pool waren teilweise desolat, Sonnenschirme hatten Löcher oder waren zerrissen.
Die Terrasse war verschlissen.

Zauberhaftes Schloss mit Traumblick über die Toskana
Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Toskana ist bezaubernd, mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die umliegenden Felder.

Die Zimmer im Schloss sind traumhaft und einmalig eingerichtet. Der kleine Pool lädt herrlich zur Entspannung und Abkühlung ein.

Das Abendessen war vorzüglich, ebenfalls mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl und wird im romantischen Ambiente des Schlosses eingenommen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Uns ist nichts Negatives aufgefallen – ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, immerso nelle crete senesi a 10 minuti a piedi dal Site Transitorie.
Staff estremamente accogliente e disponibile.
Piscina non enorme ma tranquilla (necessita un po’ più di manutenzione, ma probabilmente il gran caldo anomalo non ha contribuito alla gestione dell’acqua)
La struttura ha cambiato gestione e pian piano sta ristrutturando tutte le camere.
Servizi impeccabili, sono a disposizione anche e-bike, e ottimo ristorante.

Disastrous service - stay away
Pros:

The views of the property are gorgeous.

Cons:

The service and the comfort of this hotel is abysmal and I’d recommend staying away. It is definitely not of 4 star quality, barely hits a 3. The a/c in my room was broken, making such loud noises I was constantly woken up. The alternative I was given by the hotel, who only came to look at it two nights in after having ignored me, was to use a fan in 30degree plus weather. They then promised me compensation for this, which they did in writing, and immediately went back on their word once I requested it. This hotel does not even have something simple as an iron board. When I asked for one, I was told to iron on the bed. As I said, service is abysmal, stay away to avoid your holiday being ruined.

Amazing. What a stunning place, with a fabulous restaurant and a superb location set atop the Tuscan hills.
Pros:

The location was amazing and the architecture beautiful. All of the staff were lovely and the restaurant overlooking the Tuscan hills topped it off.

Stupendo, romantico, rilassante
Pros:

Location mozzafiato, nel cuore delle Crete Senesi, immerse nel verde e nelle colline toscane. Piscina molto comoda e rilassante. Ristorante di qualità, personale professionale e disponibile, stanza molto grande e accogliente, letto comodissimo.

Cons:

Per una struttura di questo livello ci si aspetta un succo di arancia vero realizzato con spremitura di arance e non un composto simil oransoda

Bello ma non come me lo aspettavo!
Pros:

La vista è sicuramente il punto forte della location. Staff disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

La pulizia lascia desiderare. La camera sporca, sotto il letto era pieno di polvere e anche la testata del letto aveva un dito di polvere. La camera in sé era bella esteticamente ma purtroppo per il prezzo che ha era assolutamente da bocciare.

Wunderschöne Lage aber einige Probleme

Sehr schöne Lage

Cons:

Im Restaurant waren die Preise für den Wein überteuert, ein Glas für 15 Euro war zuviel….!
Allerdings war das Morgenessen superl
Die A/C im Zimmer war sehr laut und hat nicht funktioniert. Wir konnten nach 2 Nächten aber das Zimmer wechseln.
