Pros:

En altres comentaris posava que les habitacions eren grans, devíem tenir poca sort, perquè la nostra era molt petita i el bany també (no hi havia lloc ni per deixar el necesser). Personal molt serio.
L'esmorzar, que estava inclòs al preu, molt justet.
El millor el restaurant, vam sopar cada dia a la terrassa i la seva carta era variada, bé de preu i el menjar bo.
Ben ubicat.

El hotel está muy bien e incluye un desayuno muy completo y variado. Tiene un pequeño parking aunque es fácil aparcar en la zona. El hotel está genial y está muy bien ubicado. Camas comodas

Nos dieron una habitación pequeña que no entrábamos las cuatro personas,pero al decírselo enseguida nos lo cambiaron sin problema,por otra habitación grande,camas muy cómodas,todo está muy limpio. El desayuno está incluido,tienes 7 opciones para elegir , variado y buenas cantidades. La ubicación excelente

La distribución es un desastre, las habitaciones dan a la cafetería lo que hace que haya mucho ruido hasta altas horas..... Habitaciones diminutas que impiden abrir las maletas, baño diminuto y ducha incómoda. Una de las habitaciones olía bastante mal y la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear

Fue buena la estancia en general.
Pros:

Amabilidad del personal aunque le costaba trabajo comunicarse en inglés. Muy bien situado cerca del centro de la ciudad. La composición del desayuno se podía escoger.

Cons:

Aunque había una boda esa noche, cuando llegó el momento se terminó y no nos molestó nada. Lo único fue la gran cantidad de mosquitos no sé de qué raza que nos atacaron de manera despiadada llenándonos de picaduras todo el cuerpo. Pero de eso el hotel no tiene ninguna culpa.

Bien para un día
Pros:

Habitación grande y limpia. Restaurante en el hotel y la cena estuvo correcta. Desayuno sencillo con diferentes opciones. Café y tortilla bueno. Está bien para pasar un día y seguir con tu ruta

Cons:

Había cosas de la carta no disponible para cenar. El desayuno un poco escaso

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre de Kratovo, parking à proximité. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Nous avons dîné à l'hôtel, c'était très bon et le serveur était sympathique.
Super rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

L'hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, et le personnel n'était pas très avenant.
