All in all, Lovely resort
Pros:

The serene sea views and amenities.

Cons:

Room power and wet services went checked and maintained.
Not all plugs and switches were working, neither was there a steady flow of hot water on the shower

Had to seat @ the reception with luggage for 40 minutes tired waiting for the porter

Almost fell asleep on the couches no communication

In the room water was all over the drains in the shower were not working

An Experience
Pros:

Beautiful view of the ocean from a beautiful furnished room, congratulations to the team that designed the room and bathroom including a walk in cupboard, with loads of vegetation in the foreground. It was fun to watch the vervet monkeys. The restaurant service and the service at the pool was excellent, accommodating but discreet at the same time.

Cons:

Because the rooms are facing the entertainment area, it was uncomfortable sitting on the balcony and listening to music for 24 hours esp. for a morning coffee, sound travels. It also was not switched off at night so the balcony had to be closed to drown out the noise. It would have been lovely to listen to the ocean instead.

I loved everything, hotel room was very clean and spacious, very welcoming and friendly staff, amazing food at The Copper restaurant, child friendly establishment.... we had an amazing time and will certainly be back soon!!!!

Incredible Luxury with wonderful staff
Pros:

Very luxurious and amazing staff. There was a valet service and everyone was friendly and helpful. Immanuel helped us with our luggage and he was great.

Cons:

Everything was great about the property. The breakfast had such a vast variety, the only negative was the pastries did not taste fresh but everything else exceeded expectations
