Friendly staff,
Poor selection of meals on offer each night. Too many currys and Asian style food and not enough traditional food.
Drinks in bar excessively expensive.
Grounds and gardens suffering from lack of maintenance. Poor housekeeping, with empty plates, cups and glasses not cleared in a timely manner. Ashtrays overflowing in most places.
The place felt understaffed most of the time !
Peaceful room, and room service was lovely.
Room and facilities seemed outdated.
The room, the facilities (the gym, pool etc.) was good. Dinner was good only that there was a long queue. I think this is due to the business of the hotel on that day.
Even though the room and the facilities are good but I think the hotel should consider making the car park free for their guests.
