Location and shuttle service
No food no breakfast
Clean room, comfortable interior design, peaceful environment, and friendly staff. Convenient for doing laundry.

The Deluxe studio was exactly what we needed for a long stay, and the self catering kitchen/diner was used daily. The extra large bed was comfortable and practical as my partner and I had very different sleep patterns.
The treadmill in the gym area has a note placed on it from February saying it will be fixed, not sure when that will happen.

Stone throw away to so many places I like to go. Location is good. Staff are super friendly. Spacious. Close to SAMITIVEJ hospital.
Large rooms in an older style hotel which is tastefully decorated
The location wasn’t so good for us as you have to walk or get the complementary tuk tuk to get anything to eat.
The studio room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
The rooftop area with views over the city, the swimming pool, micro-gym and sauna is a big plus here.
On arrival the kitchen area had no cooking utensils, but hotel staff soon provided them on request.
We loved the location. It was not in the middle of the noisy hustle and bustle. It was quiet at night, no partying no unnecessary noise. The free tuktuk travel was also great since we go to the nearby gym and badminton court daily. Instead of a 5min walk, it was a 2min tuktuk ride. And the driver made it even better. He was such a nice person.
We were just a bit disappointed about the amenities - the pool and gym to be specific. The so-called "gym" looked like a storage room with a treadmill that is not working and some dumbbell. The pool is not well maintained.
This may be a rare case but there was a thriving bee hive right outside our window on the 7th floor so we were not able to air out the room in the 6 days of our stay.
It was nicely furnished and equipped.
It was far from the main street. The guests from India carried a horrible air of entitlement, snobbery, and selfishness.
