The shower head in the room is a little awkward. It looks great, but not super practical.

The toilet could be a bit more isolated. A couple of the windows don't have blackout so it doesn't get very dark at night. There is a bad smell in the room when you go in... It goes away in a few minutes after turning the AC on.

En general, la experiencia fue muy buena, pero hay dos aspectos que creemos que podrían mejorar.

El primero es el aire acondicionado. Está situado justo encima de la cama y, cuando está encendido, el chorro de aire resulta demasiado fuerte para dormir cómodamente. Sin embargo, si lo apagas, la habitación alcanza una temperatura muy alta en muy poco tiempo, haciendo muy difícil descansar. Creemos que este aspecto debería revisarse para conseguir una climatización más confortable.

El segundo punto ocurrió durante el desayuno. Accidentalmente se nos cayó y rompió un vaso con un café con leche. El hotel nos cobró el vaso y la reposición del café, con un importe total equivalente a unos 18 €. Teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en Tailandia y la categoría del hotel, nos pareció un cargo excesivo y un gesto poco acertado. Entendemos que los accidentes pueden ocurrir, pero creemos que una mayor flexibilidad en una situación así habría estado mucho más acorde con el nivel de servicio que se espera de un establecimiento de estas características.

Dusty, dim, cracked windows, door doesn’t close or lock, safe not bolted in, shower head holder, shower area no curtain, noisy traffic into the nights, some windows no curtain and cars headlight enters the room like strobe lights, no countertop in the bathroom

The restaurant needs to operate for longer at night. Unfortunately the popularity of the hotels interior means that there is a constant stream of tik tok influencers affecting the atmosphere. They have a big impact on the feeling of the hotel and I wouldn’t stay again for this reason.

The breakfast was a little strange. It would be nice to have more options that aren't western chicken, fish, etc that are more lunch/dinner appropriate. Tasted fine but wasn't what we wanted for breakfast.

The shower overflowed within 30 seconds all over the bathroom floor. In order to use the shower, the dial had to be almost off (making us have little water pressure). The water didn’t heat up at all, so we had a cold shower (we tried both knobs and waiting a long time for it to warm up).
There were no curtains or blinds in the bathroom which went right into the bedroom. There was a bright spotlight from outside pointing into the room all night and without the blinds, the room wasn’t dark and we didn’t sleep.
The bathroom and bedroom didn’t have more than a thin curtain separating the two (luckily we are married, but wouldn’t make staying there for friends, new couples, colleagues or people dating comfortable at all).
The air conditioning blew directly at the bed with no options for the fan (either off or on) forcing us to either freeze or overheat overnight (we chose the freeze).
The room came with breakfast. It wasnt to our liking but putting personal opinions aside, the food was cold when it arrived. After bad coffee, no choice to take a smaller meal causing us to waste lots of food, and cold veggies/gravy eggs covered in oil, we decided to eat the toast and get breakfast elsewhere.
Overall not a great experience. Just a spot for influencers to take content.

This was our honeymoon and our 5th hotel of our trip, and we really wanted to make the final stop special. None of our hotels were a bad experience, but this sadly wasn’t great.

The windows are not sound proof so u hear a bit of the car sound but it added to the charm of the accommodation and since our bathroom did not have shower cubicle After the shower the whole floor would be wet
