- ที่พักไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่บันไดก็ไม่ได้สูงชันอะไร เดินชิลมากๆ
- ที่ตั้ง ไม่ไกลจากปากทางมากนัก ลงรถไฟฟ้ามาก็เดินแปปเดียว ใกล้แหล่งของกิน เดินทางสะดวกมากๆ
