Pros:

Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich & super zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß & das housekeeping leistet gute arbeit.
Die rooftop bar mit dem Pool ist super cute & dass man den Pool bis 23:00 nutzen kann ist super genial . Normalerweise schließen alle Pools immer 20:00 daher ist das wirklich gut.
Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt und ebenso ein Security 24h .
Besonders gut finde ich, dass man problemlos Besuch empfangen kann. Ich werde dieses Hotel bei jedem Besuch wieder buchen . Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und man kommt schnell zu allen wichtigen Anbindungen (Fähre, BTS etc. )

Hotel is getting old
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, most definitely. You will feel at home and taken care of if you have any questions or needs. The rooftop pool and snack bar area is the nicest bit.

Cons:

That said, the place is right next to the expressway and BTS line so it's really loud at night. You won't get much sleep because of the noise and the hard mattress in a bed without headboard. The air con gave up one night, too. Book this hotel if you don't mind the 1985 hotel style.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was very easy and they went above and beyond to help me get my shirts ironed!

Pros:

Location
-only a short walk to the BTS line.
The rooftop pool is good and view is nice at night.
Room size is good.

Cons:

-no safe in room
- rooftop pool bar staff seem a little bored.
- room is dated and window was a hazard and unsure if it opened or not?
-our view was of carpark and I was witness to a guy peeing in front of car..ugh.
-staff appeared unable to provide towels during servicing rooms, our hand towels and pool towels not replaced until we asled. As they charge 500baht for pool towel not in room each day, this was not agreeable.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Hier könnte man sicher noch etwas machen .
Pros:

Der Pool auf dem Dach ist Goldwert bei den Themperaturen . Wir waren jeden Abend von 22-23 im Wasser. Die Lage ist toll weil man hier sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehsmitteln weg kommt.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich .

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein . Haare in der Dusche möchte man als Gast nicht haben .

Great stay again
Pros:

Another great stay at this hotel. We were on the 8th floor but unfortunately did not have time to use the pool this time around.
Spacious room. Good aircon.
Staff very helpful and friendly.

Déçus.
Cons:

Ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles. Équipement passable. Tracés de fuites d’eau passées dans la chambre (plafond, murs et parquet). Petit déjeuner quelconque. Toutes les tables n’étaient pas nettoyées. Déçus.

Pros:

Prima locatie, loopafstand van de pier. Héél aardig personeel, die graag helpen. We kregen een upgrade en hadden echt een balzaal!
Zwembad op dak, ondiep, maar wel verkoelend.

Cons:

Ooit was dit vast een prachtig, luxe hotel met uitstraling. Nu is het verouderd en beetje sleets.
De term gym zouden de niet mogen voeren, die is gewoon lachwekkend.
