Pros:

The space of the room, the location for our purpose, the reception staff and the service staff

Cons:

There were few small cockrogs, the airconditioner needs to be serviced as not very cold and the bathroom fan was not working
Recommend to add varieties for the breakfast as for us it was only the eggs with bread

Nicely maintained i think that it was good from a wide angle would recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was realy good, staff also was friendly in accomadating our request on last day checkout. AC nice .

Cons:

There were some coackroches here and there .There should have been a exhaust fan in bathroom.

Cons:

My father traveled from Kerala and arrived at the hotel after 10:00 PM. I requested an extension of the checkout time, which is a common courtesy offered by many hotels in the United States. I understand that late checkouts have been granted to other guests in similar situations.

My father had an interview, and his train was not scheduled until the evening. Considering the circumstances, the hotel could have allowed at least a late checkout or accommodated a 24-hour stay policy for guests arriving late at night.

Unfortunately, there was no flexibility shown, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
