We had to open the windows as the room was warm and didn’t have air conditioning although there was a fan but it was very loud. As we were at the front of the hotel it was very noisy outside. They had supplied packets of earplugs though in the drawer which I chose to use and slept fine but my husband didn’t
Such a fantastic hotel. The staff were lovely and attentive. The room itself was nice, spacious and had great additions like bottles of water and crisps. The location was great too, 15 minute walk away from the city. The pub next door serves great food
Tv was small and quite far away from bed. Also room was really warm and even though there was a fan it was very loud

There was a party on Monday night and the music was loud and went until late. And the following day, I could hear people talking in the corridor. So the sound isolation in the room is very bad. Also, the water was leaking in the shower and there wasn’t a fridge
The bed was so comfy, the staff were lovely, the facilities were great.

Exceptionally comfortable bed , lovely shower , comfortable furniture and great room service daily ( unlike many hotels these days )
Being able to open windows for fresh air is also a bonus
