O hotel nao segue as politicas que publicam no booking! Pela primeira vez na vida me pediram para tirar uma copia do meu cartão de credito como caução! Pedi para que debitasse no cartão o valor descrito no booking e depois estornassem… mas nao ! Eu devia confiar cegamente nos funcionários todos do hotel entregando o acesso a todos os dados do cartão incluindo cvv! Caso nao quisesse devia me hospedar em outro local! Infelizmente ja era tarde e seria muito difícil. Mesmo mostrando que as politicas no booking eram outras ele me responderam que as do booking nao valiam!!!
Alem disso as camas deformadas , lençol menores que o colchão, im exaustor da cozinha abaixo do quarto, alem de uma demolição grudada ao quarto!

Night porter when returning late at night was really rude, if he was the only member of staff I spoke to I would never stay again. Luckily the other staff were so good that it was obvious that this guy was the exception that proved the rule
