Fantastic stay

Incredibly walkable city, amazing location for this hotel with food and beer options nearby too.
Pros:

This was a great room! Huge compared to everything we stayed in up to the point in Ireland. The bed was really comfortable. Food at the restaurant and pub were incredible.

We did go to The Woodworkers Pub scross the street for a few pints. Great atmosphere and appeared to be a local spot. Later we went to dinner at Darcy's which was a few doors down from Woodworkers. Great food and the best Sticky Toffee Pudding!

Cons:

There was a small issue with the heat in the room. We solved that by leaving the bathroom door closed. A Fan was also provided which helped. The staff worked to resolve the issue quickly.

I have been to this hotel a bunch of times. ( in the last 3 nearly every Sunday ) The last time I didn't get to make a booking online and I went directly there to make a booking, it appeared on all the sites that they had a room available when I arrived I was told that they had nothing available, I stayed in the hallway and went into booking.com and made a booking online and to see they had a room available.. They didn t bother to check for a room in their sistem ... the manager came and said that he didn't have a room available because that room needs to be painted, a very bad manager who started arguing with me... he doesn't respect the guests, very arrogant.. I asked him a few questions why he says he doesn't have any rooms available when you can make appointments online he simply replied "that we will probably argue all night about this and it would be better for them to cancel my booking for that night" very unprofessional and very arrogant.. BUT of the end they give the room that I booked online ( Wierd cos they were painting the rooms 5 minutes before) A comfortable hotel from my point of view but I will not go there again in the future because of the poor staff who don't respect the guests, for this reason I don't recommend..
