Pros:

Bed very comfortable, breakfast was excellent! Rooms could do with an update (superior room), although they were clean. Location wise further out than I would have liked. Overall good stay

The staff were amazing the food was beautiful entertainment excellent beautiful room

The bathroom very poor couldn’t get sink taps to turn big problem shower was very poor a part from that great stay need to up grade bathroom

Nice Place with a lively bat
Pros:

Close to train station, welcoming and a nice room.

Cons:

Cheap coffee and hard to find hotel. If we had directions it would have helped. Also when paying over £100 a night on a Monday its a bit expensive to then order breakfast for another £30+ for two.

Good location relatively cheap but too noisy on a friday evening
Pros:

Rooms and beds are ok but if you want to sleep early its impossible due to a loud bar. Was also unlucky with a crowd of probably drunk or plainly crazy guests who were screaming in the middle of the night.

Quite a nice hotel but tired and due restoration in the bathrooms
Pros:

Very friendly staff overall outlook of the hotel was nice the food was lovely & the bar staff were especially good

Cons:

Bathroom was covered in black mould. No stand alone shower otherwise room was ok

Anniversary stay at Benedicts Belfast
Pros:

Staff, location and food were excellent. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

There was a slight issue with the bath, however, once addressed the hospitality staff sorted it.
