Comfortable stay in Belfast
Pros:

Very comfortable and a lovely clean room. The staff were also very helpful and kind

Cons:

The room was quite warm and the fan to cool it down was fairly loud so difficult to sleep with it on.

Cons:

Have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it but this time we were very disappointed in our room. Hotel was not full but we were put in a room overlooking a demolition site with work start at 8am also a giant extraction fan was just outside our window making a lot of noise. Restaurant was also closed, only opens at weekend

Pros:

room not that clean on arrival... they didn't clean the room the next day???? .. when we told the receptionist, she went straight upstairs and clean the room and replaced the towels- so she deserves a thank you.
Breakfast was a disaster .. 1st morning terrible Eggs Benedict = hard boiled.. fried eggs overcooked. 2nd morning we brought this issue up and still the same happened???
when we checked out ( a different receptionist )wasn't bothered about these complaints and just rolled her eyes at us

for the price I wouldn't return again.

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

All the staff were so lovely and helpful! The location is excellent and the bar/restaurant is gorgeous. We had a beautiful spacious room.
