The location is really close to the ocean — only a 15-minute walk with a child. On the way, you can easily find good cafés. We also really liked the swimming pool and the beach at the EKHO Surf hotel, which can be accessed if you buy a day pass.
The garden of the villa was really nice — it was a pleasure to spend time there, like being in a botanical garden, with lots of palm squirrels and geckos. We also really liked the hostess’s lovely dogs. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. The hostess also bought us some extremely tasty mangoes, and they were very cheap. After that, we couldn’t find anything similar ourselves. I think such offers are probably only available to locals. The hostess was nice, but communication was not very easy: only one of them spoke English, and even he seemed more comfortable speaking French.

Totally happy with our stay here. The property is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Host is helpful.

The location was excellent and the setting beautiful. Conveniently located near a P&S café come restaurant, which served affordable, tasty snacks and meals. The breakfasts served were outstanding! Wonderful fruit platter and fresh fruit juice. Cooked breakfast freshly prepared and served. The couple running this place were always extremely friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated that we were offered a complimentary king coconut to drink on arrival.

We loved this place so much, that we extend our stay several times. The staff is extraordinary amazing and the house itself reminds one of a museum rather than a guesthouse. The whole area is beautiful with attention to detail and is keep well maintained!

This was a beautiful property a little out of Bentota town. The garden is stunning and the hosts (especially Ari, his brother and his wife) are really helpful and kind. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend and return on my next trip! Book this is you’re looking for a relaxing stay waking distance to the beach and main part of town but removed enough to let you wind down!
