Pros:

The staff is very friendly, especially the women at the front desk.

Cons:

I didn't like that I didn't come here everytime I came to visit bintulu before. Nextime I will be staying here.

The room was clean & beautiful
Pros:

My room is not like in the picture, but it’s ok at least the room is clean, a bit noisy but just fine, the price is very worth it.

Cons:

Pillow only 2, the bed why using the wheel? The mirror why only in toilet?
