Pros:

Just the previous year, their air conditioners were not working in this cold winter. The blankets were very old and small in size. Disappointed!!!

2nd night was much better as we were changed to another room which was excellent without smell.
Pros:

Swimming pool area

Cons:

We booked for two nights. The 1st night was a disaster because the room 121 was stuffy and the door handle broken. To fix the door caused us time as we were late to attending Suncity event, it took us more time. We couldn't even buy food because of that turn off smell.

I think they need to renovate the entire building there’s no doors in the shower there’s no heater if you are in shower the water comes to the room that is y they said no refund I was booking for two days but I end up sleep 1day

Not worth the R1900 we paid. Most of the reviews already provided are true. I’m disappointed
Pros:

The location is good. It’s close to Sun City and Pilanesberg and the highway.
The pizza is Nice and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The facility needs an upgrade or better maintenance.
We didn’t have the aircon remote nor the tv remote.
The tv remote was brought but it only worked to switch on and off. Nothing else.
YouTube and Netflix couldn’t sign in as the remote didn’t press anything else other the power button and the volume button.
We got a twin room even though we booked a standard. My partner and I had to join our two single beds but the blankets were for a single bed and we struggled through a cold night.
I hated the fact that reception doesn’t pick up the phone after 8:30 so we were on our own for the long night.

Great location, clean facilities, Great staff however mantainance of geysers required

Restaurant with nice manu.

Cons:

Charlet number 604 did not have hot water.
Had to bath with cold water and boil water with kettle for my little daughter

Nothing at all

Cons:

There are cockroaches all over including the bedroom;
They do not have double/king size bed, they combine single beds which is very uncomfortable;
What's on their pictures is not what you get when you arrive;
No firearm safes;
The dust in the wardrobe has turned into physical soil.
Their staff will never give you answers, they'll just stare at you like an idiot dispute talking their home language as if they do not understand.
They don't offer welcome pack of refreshments (simple sachets of tea and coffee);
No iron and ironing board (you need to ask and they'll borrow you);
No twin plugs to charge;
WiFi not working at all.
