The grounds the style remote quiet and friendly
It wasn’t long enough
Staff were friendly. Check in was easy room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Can't fault anything
The foyer is pretty but the rest isn’t overly impressive
Staff weren’t overly friendly. My husband was unwell and we actually ended up in A&E and I didn’t find the staff helpful
The receptionists had very strong accents and very difficult to understand by a native English speaker

The smell of slurry was horrible! A warning from the hotel may have been nice so I could have had the option to move to a room further away from the smell.

Setting, decor, gardens, bar area, restaurant area all fantastic.
Bedroom was excellent. Only downside was that room was roasting hot. Temperature outside was 16-18 degrees at night. Bedroom felt a lot warmer! Window open & fan in room which helped slightly.
