З першої хвилини підкуповує щира гостинність і професіоналізм персоналу на рецепції — заселення пройшло миттєво.Персонал неймовірно привітний і турботливий, до дітей ставляться з особливим теплом. Номери дуже теплі, чисті, є все необхідне для проживання. Особливу подяку хочемо висловити персоналу за неймовірний сюрприз для нашої дитини в її День народження Окрема подяка шеф-кухарю за смачну їжу, яка подобалася навіть вередливим малюкам. Величезне спасибі команді готелю за нашу чудову відпустку!

Pros:

Відпочинок у готелі залишив дуже приємні враження. Неймовірний краєвид, затишна атмосфера та відчуття спокою — саме те, чого хотілося від відпустки. Усе дуже чисто, охайно та доглянуто, видно увагу до деталей і турботу про гостей.
Окремо хочеться відзначити ресторан — страви були справді смачними, а кожен прийом їжі приносив задоволення.
Перед заїздом готель попереджав про проведення планових робіт, але варто сказати, що це абсолютно не вплинуло на якість нашого відпочинку чи комфорт перебування. Усе було організовано максимально делікатно для гостей.
Дякуємо за чудовий сервіс і атмосферу, в яку хочеться повернутися знову.
