Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit und netten kleinen Annehmlichkeiten waren richtig gut. So gab es eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer sowie Kosmetiktücher (ist auch nicht mehr überall selbstverständlich). Von unserem Balkon hatte man einen schönen Blick auf die Gärten ins Grüne - kein Verkehrslärm - also auch entspannte Nächte. Mit der Bahn waren wir recht schnell (30 Minuten) im Zentrum von Köln.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im dritten Obergeschoss. Da es hier keinen Aufzug gibt, sollte man nur einen kleinen Koffer dabei haben - für uns kein Problem - aber gut zu wissen.

colazione abbondante e varia, sia salata che dolce, servizio preciso

Cons:

niente, tutto ok. Per le mie abitudini, preferisco cuscini ortopedici, quelli della camera invece erano di tipo "tedesco", quindi ampi e soffici, ma sono sicuro che se avessi fatto una specifica richiesta mi sarebbe stato fornito il cuscino giusto
