Good value, friendly owner, Recommended
Pros:

Central location with OXXO down the road . Good value, very nice and friendly owner. I decided to stay one more night but some neighbors were pretty noisy outside their room. He allocated me a very peaceful, much better room for the second night.I slept like a baby.
Reception next door at the pharmacy.

El dueño antes de llegar te da mucha información útil para moverte por la isla o hacer excursiones.

Cons:

Las llaves se recogen en la farmacia de al lado y una vez en el hotel, no tienes a nadie. Estas solo. Si que veíamos luz en alguna habitación por la noche pero no ves a nadie.

Cons:

Er waren vlekken op alle lakens en zelfs verschillende rode en gele (bloed en ? ) vlekken op de dekens.
Badkamer in orde maar vuil en onafgewerkt

Overall-good stay and value for cheap overnight or two.
Pros:

Great spot for an overnight or two. Plan Jane in all other aspects. Maint. guy checked in about TV connection (Chanel’s not working) which I didn’t care about. I’d come in off night dive water stone-cold no hot water was disappointing.

Cons:

Close to other rentals. Had to close window due to cigarette smoke coming in from the neighbor who was sitting on the stoop. For non-smoking room the grounds could use a designated smoking area.

Bellissimo soggiorno con un dueño gentilissimo! Vale la pena tornarci!
Pros:

Posizione vicinissima al centro, il dueño (padrone di casa) Manuel e la sorella sono Cozumeleñi e sono disponibilissimi e gentilissimi, sempre pronti a sorridere ed a dare ottimi consigli su posti da visitare sull’isola e piccole perle del posto, come piccole osterie locali dove si mangia benissimo e si spende davvero poco. Alla fine del soggiorno, il signor Manuel si è anche offerto di accompagnarci in un altro posto dell’isola, dove eravamo diretti, per non farci spendere soldi prendendo un taxi
