The best service I ever saw
Pros:

I don’t even know where to start. This was probably the best service I ever received! I fly over 50x a year. I came here for a romantic weekend and every single member of the staff did everything they could to make it the best trip they could x I couldn’t get all the names this team were absolute heroes. I couldn’t feel luckier for all of them. They were incredible and I’d say to anyone this hotel was 10x better than it looks (which is also fantastic) because of the people. What a paradise!

Boa, com um sentimento final mau.

Praia em frente.

Cons:

Água da praia estava suja com lixo a flutuar.
No pequeno-almoço final, como íamos voar e ainda tínhamos metade de um Prosecco trouxemos para beber 1 ou 2 copos.
Fomos informados que havia uma taxa de rolha de 50reais. Optámos por não consumir pois o vinho não chegou a custar isso. Mas não teria custado nada informar e oferecer, pois expliquei qual era o propósito. Pequenos detalhes que ajudariam a melhorar a experiência. Assim, o efeito foi o oposto, ainda mais quando 30min depois queriam-nos cobrar a referida taxa no check-out.

Pros:

Pousada com quartos amplos e limpos, uma boa área comum da pousada e bem cuidada e com um excelente café da manhã.
Excelente localização em frente a praia do forno, mas para ir para a rua das pedras necessita de transporte, conduto é um caminho muito curto e de quase nenhum trânsito.
