Piękna lokalizacja nad samym jeziorem, hotel komfortowy, bardzo miła obsługa, pyszne i różnorodne śniadania, wszystko świeże, na najwyższym poziomie. Apartament nr 2, piękny, elegancki, ogromny taras, wygodna kanapa (byliśmy w 3 osoby dorosłe) w łóżku małżeńskim trochę za miękki materac. Łazienka duża, z wanną. Restauracja przy hotelu serwuje przepyszne dania. Polecamy serdecznie
Bardzo dobre śniadanie i strefa spa
dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, niezłe śniadania i pomocny personel.
lokalizacja, nie ma szans na dotarcie gdziekolwiek bez samochodu, zero ścieżek pieszo-rowerowych w okolicy.
Obiekt przewyższył moje oczekiwania. Śniadanie przepyszne, w oknie moskitiera, która w pobliżu jeziora niezbędna, bardzo czysto i przemiły personel, a jeszcze bonus w postaci zniżki na obiad. A rowerek czekał w bezpiecznym miejscu.
Obsługa hotelu była bardzo pomocna i przemiła. Szybko został rozwiązany jeden z problemów w pokoju. Śniadania były pyszne na pewno każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie. Widok z apartamentu był zadowalający można było patrzeć na góry i jezioro.
Pomyślałabym nad powiększeniem basenu lub zrobienie drugiego wtedy będzie dostępne dla większej ilości gości.
Zostaliśmy wspaniale powitani na recepcji. Jedzenie w restauracji było pyszne, a obsługa po prostu rewelacyjna — rzadko spotyka się tak miłych i serdecznych kelnerów. Pani, która sprzątała nasz pokój, również była niezwykle sympatyczna. Sam pokój był czysty i wyposażony w klimatyzację. Teren hotelu jest duży, pięknie zadbany, a basen oraz liczne atrakcje dla dzieci to ogromny plus.
Jedynym minusem był pokój, który otrzymaliśmy. Znajdował się na pierwszym piętrze z widokiem na rury wentylacyjne z restauracji. Z tego powodu przy otwartym oknie było dość głośno, a w pokoju dało się wyczuć zapach jedzenia.
Mimo tego małego dyskomfortu, cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie dzięki fantastycznym ludziom i świetnej infrastrukturze!

Świetna lokalizacja. Moskitery w oknach to duży plusz bo jest sporo owadów . Widok na Dunajec. To fajne miejsce na 2 -3 dni żeby zwiedzić okoliczne atrakcje. Sporo atrakcji dla dzieci ( plac zabaw, kącik lego ).
Lepsza inf.co do atrakcji wliczonych w cenę pobytu , bo trzeba dopytywać.
The hotel room is big and comfortable with a small fridge which helped us. There is a big area in front of the entrance to building 1, in which was our room. In this area there are sofas, picnik table and a place to lock our bikes.
There is a good aircondition in the room.
The way to the hotel is dangerous without a sidewalk and the road is full of traffic. The room is on the building right near the road but the window is with double glass so its quiet inside. There are stairs
