Měl jsem požadavek pokoj s výhledem do údolí,bohužel to dopadlo jinak...
Pros:

Jídlo velmi chutné,obsluha pozorná,bufet pravidelně doplňovan.

Cons:

Absolutně spatne vyreseny pokoj 301 ,ktery nemá dostatek uložného prostoru,velice málo osvětlení,jenom jedno křeslo na posezení ale hlavně je tam malý gauč nevím ale na co když na něm nejde ani pohodlně sedět.Prostě pokoj velmi špatně navržený s výhledem do svahu......Takže už nikdy!

Absolutely great value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner have been absolutely great, especially the fact that it has not been the same every morning and evening, a few meals kept changing and the quality/taste was awesome.
Beautiful hotel overall, absolutely clean and prestigious, great place.

Cons:

Spa staff disappeared for too long during opening hours, leaving guests unable to retrieve their towel tickets.
TV only had a handful of channels working (majority in German for some reason) + broken remote control.

Pros:

Reggeli is meg a vacsora is gyenge volt! Észre lehetett venni a szakács váltás volt.
Marhanyak leves mellé betesznek marhaburgundit, bableveshez csillis babot,nekem elég fura.
Ami nagyon tetszet sok a gyümölcs.
Barlangfürdő nekünk nagy csalodás volt.
Gyógyfürdő resze nem rossz , idegesitő hogy ilyen szemcsék uszkálnak benne.

Pros:

Nagyon finomak voltak az ételek, nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. A szoba pont az igényeinknek megfelelő volt, a kisfiúnk is kényelmesen el tudott játszani a szobában, jó volt neki a kiságy is. A wellness részleg is nagyon jó volt, nagy volt a választék a különböző kabinok között (szauna, aroma kabin stb.)

Cons:

Az egyik problémánk az volt, hogy a szobánkban nem működött rendesen a légkondicionáló, így egyik éjszaka nagyon melegünk volt, nem aludtunk olyan jól. Azonban ezt jeleztük a recepción és másnapra már jól hűtött.
A másik kellemetlenség az volt, hogy a vacsoránál egyik este a hivatalos vacsoraidő vége előtt egy órával a desszertek elfogytak, illetve az egyikből maradtak meg kisebb nagyobb darabok, a másik kettő féléből viszont semennyi. Azt hittük, azért az utolsó egy órára lesz még kirakva pár darab a később érkezőknek, de szomorúan tapasztaltuk, hogy nem így történt.

Pros:

Spa-ul, personalul de la spa extraordinar , sauna cu program , micul dejun, aparstul de fresh de morcov si sfecla, accesul la piscine cu apa termala

Cons:

Dimineata la ora 5,6,8 o parte din personal vorbea f tare chiar sub balconul nostru si ne-a trezit.Am mers la receptie , am cerut sa vorbim cu cineva din conducere sa sesizam aceasta si receptionera foarte aroganta ne-a spus ca nu a fost posibil deoarece angajatii au venit la ora 7
