The staff is completely uninterested in the very few guests that they had, not forthcoming with any information not even helping with the luggage and pretending they are five star hotel. Very disappointing indeed. Completely below par

Beautiful hotel and attentive service
Pros:

The building is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and spacious, and the service is very attentive. We really enjoyed the spa too - you book in and get the space to yourself. The restaurant was quite accommodating and made adjustments where possible despite it being low season.

Cons:

The sea view rooms are not worth it in my opinion - you can see a slither of the sea above a mass of buildings, and the balconies are incredibly small - just enough to stand on if you wish to smoke (we are non-smokers but ashtrays are provided on the balconies as the rooms are non-smoking).

A perfect stay with exceptional service, great attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. The hotel paid attention to every detail, and many thoughtful touches pleasantly surprised us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Pros:

The rooms were fantastic and the amenities were amazing. We made full use of the spa on a daily. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was quite poor and very limited - pretty much just had eggs and sausages available everyday, with some selection of desserts. Unfortunately there had been mistakes with double bookings of the spa, where we were requested to come back around 11pm to use it.
