Es ist nicht das, wonach es aussieht.
Pros:

Insgesamt ist es sauber und das Restaurant unten ist gut.

Cons:

Ansonsten ist es nicht ansatzweise, was auf den Fotos versprochen wird. Als wir ankamen war niemand an der Rezeption, das Tor in der Einfahrt ist defekt und steht auf zwei Holzblöcken, sodass man nicht hereinkonnte. Alles wirkt überholungsbedürftig. Unser Telefon auf dem Zimmer war defekt. Das Frühstück gleicht einem Hostel.

A really nice hotel which was let down by average staff.
Pros:

High-quality accommodation including well-maintained grounds.

Cons:

Staff seemed less attentive than at other places we stayed. Lots of talking amongst themselves, or talking on mobile phones. Main pool was closed during our stay. Food at the restaurant was of mixed quality from very nice to below average.

Absolutely loved our stay! The reception staff were warm and welcoming :)
Pros:

Really loved the spa! The staff was super polite and welcoming too! Thank you for letting us check-in early too :) The morning breakfast, coffee and pool were amazing!

Cons:

The communication with the pick up service could be improved. Additionally, more information about food allergies could be beneficial. There was a kitchen staff that was super helpful and kind. He helped us decide gluten free options from the menu.

Schönes Haus in der Nähe von Tirana. Nahe am Meer für einen Zwischenhalt toll.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer unscheinbaren Wohngegend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück wurde àla carte serviert.

Cons:

Das Wasser im Pool war sehr frisch für im Oktober. Der große Pool war schon geschlossen, bzw. Wurde winterfest gemacht.

La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas. El vestido de la habitación, la zona del SPA y el desayuno.

Cons:

El baño no estaba muy limpio, en la tapa del baño habia marcas amarillas de gotas de pis. Pedí una decoración romántica para la habitación con más de 1 mes de antelación pero cuando llegamos no estaba.

The rooms were stunning
Very beautiful exactly like the picture.
The pool side was stunning very beautiful and clean

The breakfast was very basic
If you don't go when it starts by 7:30am
It will not be hot because they don't put the food in a heating serving dish, when I went to eat by 8:40 the food was cold.

We booked the hotel to access the spa
However it was very basic only jacuzzi and sauna
No massage included 😢.
Also I booked the balcony and lake view
There was no lake in sight or balcony.

Also the room I was given , the toilet was not flushing properly.

Disappointed
Pros:

Poop areas were lovely and the building itself looked amazing, free safe off road parking was a great plus.

Cons:

Despite over £100 a night the bedroom was the smallest I’ve ever stayed in couldn’t even fit my cabin suitcase on the floor, room was only cleaned once during our stay, despite pools being stunning towels were left on beds and food trays out all night from other guests. Staff were very rude other than one girl who was office based. No one ever in reception couldn’t make contact to boom spa access.

A relaxing and peaceful experience combined with terrific food, fabulous service and a great sleep
Pros:

I liked the decor the most. The whole hotel is very stylish.

Cons:

I didn’t like is that there wasn’t a gym. As a coeliac it would be brilliant if there were more gluten free options. Particularly at breakfast
