Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Lage inmitten des Geschehens. Zwei Minuten zu Fuss zum Hafen an dem die verschiedenen Touren starten. Alles anderes direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer durchschnittlich, wie in einem 4-Sterne Hotel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut, jedoch mehr Auswahl wäre wünschenswert.

Pros:

I like the place so much but i do love the warmest and friendliest staff ever. Everyone in the reception were very kind and has very positive energy. Especially ate Gillian? Not sure with the name but she was the one who accomodated us upon arrival. I can see she loves her job so much, and really do deserve to be recognised :) also to 2 kuyas, i forgot thwir names, also in the reception and talked to us about GG, we saw them in Nacpan yesterday said it was their day off but they still gave the same positive energy towards us and gave us a quick tour and settle in Nacpan beach resort. Very helpful and friendly!

Kudos to the whole team! You hired amazing people! Best hotel experience ever because of the staff and GG 🥰❤️

Cons:

Just the ac is not too cold and some power interruptions but totally understandable since it's happening in the whole island, and it's no biggie. Still a nice experience ☺️

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. The organised transport to our next hotel for us because the bus was not being used.

Perfect position in El Nido, steps from the beach and restaurants.
Pros:

Perfectly positioned with lovely personal touches. Gi Gi , the resident pup, was especially welcoming and always up for a belly rub.The beds were super comfy..this felt like a high end stay.
Breakfast was adequate and you were able to customise to your taste. Concierge were especially attentive.

Posizione perfetta nel cuore di El Nido
Pros:

Posizione eccellente nel cuore di El Nido, a due passi dai ristoranti e dai locali. Nonostante ciò , la camera è tranquilla e si dorme bene. Lo staff è super cordiale e premuroso, e offre vari servizi : servizio navetta aereoporto, prenotazione tour, Transfer, massaggi, ecc.
camera da letto spaziosa e pulita, piccola chicca : asciugacapelli dyson

Cons:

Il bagno non era rinnovato, rispetto alla camera da letto c’era una bella differenza.
Ho trovato degli insetti (probabilmente salivano su dai sanitari non nuovissimi) ma siamo in un isola tropicale quindi ci può stare. Non ci sono bottiglie d’acqua in camera ma c’è un dispenser di acqua nei corridoi.

Excellent hotel !
Pros:

Great location, good rooms beds/ameinites, great staff, good price and the best part of all GiGi the hotel doggo. Such a welcoming hotel all around would 1000% stay again…
Free gym access included also

Cons:

No pool, however you’re right across from the beach so wasn’t the worst

Incredible stay, absolutely recommend.
Pros:

Everything!! Staff were incredible so lovely and helpful. Gigi was my favorite employee!! Location was in the middle of everything and the free airport service was a bonus.
