Found this hotel whilst staying else where and moved after 1 night due to very bad experience. The South Anchorage hotel exceeded our expectations. All staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. Breakfast is very good. The location is good ..
No lift .
Great location! It’s Near the port, tour agencies, restaurants, basically near everything. Staffs are super nice (hi april, cyra, belle)! Super big room (which is a must for us as we stayed in el nido for 6 days), working aircon, and uninterrupted water in the shower.
The shower needs some deep cleaning (the plaster has turned black from mold) and the clothes rack had to be replaced since one of the vertical pole was no longer connected to the base due to rust/ corrosion

No light switch next to bed. Functional but not a nice atmospheric in room.
The location was fantastic
The water pressure is the only downside but from talking to others in different hotels its the. So not much you can do about that. Just be aware of it so you aren't disappointed. Also no elevator so only stairs but the bell hop will take your suitcase up.
Lovely stay, staff were friendly and attentive and helped us with our bags. 5 minute walk to the beach and close to the main strip. Very delicious pancake breakfast and other options available and restaurant in the evening. Large room with clean showering facilities and tv available to watch Netflix on in the evenings.

The aircon was noisy and the noise from outside traffic during the night was a bit of a pain. But other than that I can’t fault the place!

The location in El Nido town was perfect. Right in the middle of town and close to restaurants, shops and the beach for island tours.
The room is spacious, clean, practical with excellent room facilities for a beach location. .
Complimentary breakfast was delicious.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
On demand drinking water in hot, warm or cold is a great idea.
Overall, a perfect place to stay for your island hopping experience. Thanks for a great stay.
The stairs could put some people off if you had mobility issues, however I found the exercise rewarding.

Great central location, lovely breakfast options and friendly staff. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, loads of food options nearby. WiFi and air con was also great
Only problem was a slight smell of smoke in our room.
