Ottima struttura in centro
Pros:

Posizionata al centro di Ferrara, in pochi minuti puoi arrivare ovunque.

Cons:

La stanza al terzo piano (sottotetto) era molto calda e ci è voluto parecchio prima che si rinfrescasse con il condizionatore.

Pros:

Camera e bagno grandi e confortevoli, pulizia ottima . Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 in una suite per 4 con due camere a disposizione perché hanno sbagliato a darci la camera e nonostante questo ci hanno fatti stare senza pagare costi aggiuntivi . Posizione abbastanza centrale.

Ottima posizione, stanza grande e pulita, servizi essenziali ma corretti per la tipologia di hotel.

Cons:

Anche se alla fine si è svolto tutto in maniera semplice, siamo rimasti spiazzati che all'arrivo non ci fosse nessuno in reception e bisognasse chiamare anche solo per capire come entrare e fare il check in (che si può svolgere in autonomia). Consiglio contattare in anticipo la struttura per verificare eventualmente gli orari disponibili e accordarsi con appuntamento.
