This was definitely the best hotel I stayed at during my 3 weeks in Costa Rica. There were two primary reasons that earned the hotel this title:
1. The whole resort is beautiful, with a lot of greenery and very unique huts hidden among the bushes. They don’t want to squeeze a buck from every square meter. It made me feel like I was in the jungle, but at the same time, the conditions were those of a modern facility. And if you want a real jungle, it’s right next to the hotel.
2. The personnel at the hotel are absolutely amazing - very friendly and helpful.
Other thing worth mentioning is the night tour they offered, which was led by an amazing guide, Victor. It was nothing like the average tourist tours you’ll get in La Fortuna or Monteverde. If you’re there, definitely ask for the tour with Victor and you won’t regret!

Un peu cher mais c'est le prix d'un certain luxe.
Un peu excentré par rapport aux différents parcs mais les routes sont excellentes.

The property was quite beautiful as we’re the rooms. We saw frogs, many birds. Staff was very helpful.
We did not have a car so found access to village difficult, unless doing a tour. Lunch was not available on site given that it is low season. Food was not very good.

El horario de las termales es muy limitado y como llovió la tarde que estuve no pude utilizarlas pues están cerradas en la mañana.
Es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza, excelente para descansar, buena atención.

Las aguas termales hasta las 11am las abrían y a las 12md era el check out..
Die Unterkunft lag sehr naturnah und man hatte direkten Zugang zum Dschungel. Es gab viele Tiere zu sehen.
Puh schwierig, die Mitarbeiter haben sich wirklich sehr bemüht und waren alle super freundlich.
Dennoch muss man sagen, dass die Anlage nicht sehr gepflegt wirkt und extrem in die Jahre gekommen ist. Sie ist sehr groß. Wir hatten ein Standartbungalow und sind einen Tag eher abgereist, da wir uns gefühlt haben wie in einem dunklen Loch. Absolut null wohlfühlcharakter.
Dafür war der Preis viel, viel zu hoch! Diverse Insekten befanden sich bei uns im Zimmer.
Location approx 30 minute drive from La Fortuna
Accommodation felt damp however we understand that cabins were surrounded by trees.
The staff was very friendly. They helped us with everything we needed.
It was a very nice touch that they left their own homemade coffee in the room every day.
It is about half an hour from the center of La Fortuna. If you don’t have your own car, transportation can be a bit difficult.
