Schön ruhige Lage, sehr freundlich Gastgeber, leider sehr schmutzig und abgewohnt

Pros:

I lettini erano comodi con le lenzuola pulite e asciugamani morbidi. Il resto zero.

Cons:

C'era ancora la moquette che non è il massimo per l'igiene e la pulizia. In bagno c'era odore delle fognature. Un odore insopportabile. Pulizia e l'ordine sono discreti. Lontano dal cento di Vienna ,45 min.

Pros:

Es war sehr ruhig im Hotel (kaum Gäste) trotz Messe in der Nähe
Wer keinen Wert auf gemütlichkeit oder ähnliches legt, nur eine bleibe für die Nacht sucht
ist hier wohl richtig. Trotzdem ist der Preis nicht gerechtferttigt!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig. Es stand überall "Gerümpel" herum. Keine Möglichkeit zu Essen oder Abends etwas zu trinken (trotz vorhandener Bar. Die Dusche hat nur bedingt gut funktioniert. Der Fernseher war schlecht zu bedienen.
Keine Ausflügsvorschläge durch Flyer im Foyer. Auch konnten nur bedingt Infos vermittelt werden, wegen sprachlicher Barrieren.

Für Kurzurlaub reicht, man ist schnell in Wien.
Pros:

Ruhige Gegend, Parkplatz hervorragend,wird abgesperrt. Inhaber sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.Zimmer und Hotel war sauber.
Frühstückssemmeln immer frisch und auch Gebäck.

Cons:

In der Zeit stehengeblieben. Frühstück etwas spartanisch.
