Słaba obsługa w restauracji.
Śniadanie od 8 do 10 ale o 9:30 już nic nie dokładają. Kawa w hotelu 4 gwiazdkowym smakuje jak woda z mlekiem.

Lokalizacja i dobre śniadanie pierwszego dnia w niedzielę.
Dużo gorsza jakość poniedziałkowego śniadania, zimne kiełbaski, jajecznica i stare gofry.
Słaba jakość internetu.
Niewygodne i małe łóżka plus małe kołdry. Duszno w pokoju, nie da sie wywietrzyć bo na zewnatrz jest buczenie z wentylacji.
Mały niekomfortowy pokój mimo tego, ze byl to apartament.
Trudno zrozumieć dlaczego ten horel ma 4 gwiazdki.
It feels like stepping into the past. Great photos of dignitaries that have stayed there. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful.
The lady serving breakfast and beer was miserable and a bit rude. I’m English/Polish so can speak both languages. Room was a bit small.

Staff were very unfriendly and not very helpful. Arrived and did not have air-conditioning. When we requested a room with air-conditioning we were told none available. When I looked on booking.com saw there was indeed 1 available. We had to carry our bags up and down 2 flights of stairs. No one offered to help. Did not expect this from a 4 star hotel.
