Pobyt udany. Hotel bardzo dobrze położony. Obsługa miła. Śniadania dobre, duży wybór.

Cons:

Do śniadania podane były drożdżówki i pączki. Niestety nie były świeże. Czasami warto „odpuścić” i czegoś nie zrobić niż zepsuć dobre wrażenie.

Pros:

Personel jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Lokalizacja w centrum miasta jest doskonała, blisko jest na rynek i katedry. Śniadania były smaczne i zróżnicowane.

Cons:

Pokój dwuosobowy, który dostaliśmy był bardzo mały, zbyt ciasny dla dwóch osób. Okno było z widokiem na oficynę i wentylację kuchenną która cały czas głośno pracowała co uniemożliwiało otworzenie okna. Łazienka również była bardzo mała, dla mnie jako wyższej osoby był problem z dostępem do zlewu usytuowanego pomiędzy kabiną prysznicową i ścianą.

Przeciętny hotel jak na 4 gwiazdki
Pros:

Tylko lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Personel uprzejmy, ale nie wychodzący na przeciw klientowi.

Cons:

Pokój, z uwagi na widok na wentylatory i bardzo nieprzyjemny z nich hałas. Nie do końca czysty - poplamione firany, nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji z łazienki przenoszący się na cały pokój.
Obsługa miła, ale nie elastyczna. Na zgłoszenie że w pokoju jest głośno od wentylatorów które są bezpośrednio pod oknami pani stwierdziła że na noc są wyłączane, brak możliwości zmiany a w hotelu były wolne pokoje. . Na pytanie czy w ramach oferowanego drinka powitalnego można zamówić piwo bezalkoholowe pani odpowiedziała nie można, tylko albo wódka albo piwo alkoholowe. Wspomnę, że w karcie obydwa są w tej samej cenie.

Na pewno tam nie wrócę.

Lokalizacja.

Cons:

To trzeci z hoteli tej marki, który odwiedzałem. Zawiodłem się, bo liczyłem co najmniej na to co np.: w Wągrowcu. Pokój taki sobie, restauracja, no cóż może wybraliśmy kiepskie dania, śniadanie z których słyną inne „Pietraki” okazało się mizerne w swoim wyborze i personelem.., no cóż.
