Im Wesentlichen in Ordnung
Pros:

Lage, Sauberkeit, Frühstück und besonders zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit des Besitzers.

Cons:

Leider war ich im DachZimmer untergebracht, dass sich wegen der großen äußeren Hitze besonders aufgeheizt hat. Deswegen ist dieses Zimmer auch mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was der Besitzer auch besonders erwähnt hat. Dennoch konnte diese Anlage gegen die große Hitze in diesem Raum nur wenig ausrichten. Zudem besitzt dieses Dach Zimmer nur ein einziges kleines Giebelfenster, so dass eine Dlurchlüftung kaum möglich ist. Der Besitzer hat sich sehr bemüht und war auch sehr freundlich, dennoch bin ich der Meinung, dass man dieses DachZimmer Während des Sommers nicht vermieten sollte.

Pros:

La struttura è molto carina esternamente, ha un parcheggio comodo ed è facilmente raggiungibile. La colazione è giusta per un b&b.

Cons:

La camera “Leone” era piuttosto sporca, c’erano moltissime ragnatele (anche dietro la testiera del letto a piano terra) e tantissimi insetti (anche morti a terra, non tolti dalla signora delle pulizie che le stava facendo poco prima che entrassimo). La posizione tra il verde non giustifica la presenza (eccessiva) di ragni e grilli.
Inoltre, la camera al piano superiore è caldissima, molto umida e praticamente invivibile, è rimasta tutta la notte a 31 gradi. I ventilatori non sono assolutamente sufficienti, dovrebbe essere risolta la cosa in altro modo perché la stanza raggiunge temperature altissime, mentre quella sotto rimani fresca.

Pros:

Sehr netter Gastgeber, gut gelegen und sauber.

Cons:

Die Strasse ist gut hörbar, wenn auch wenig Verkehr in der Nacht. Das Zimmer ist klein und gemütlich, ohne Stuhl und Tisch. Es ist ein altes Haus, die Einrichtung ist dennoch zeitgemäss und tiptop.
