Really helpful staff, especially Hue. Gave us lots of free waters and changed out the towels regularly etc. Comfortable.

Cons:

Our room had quite a bit of damp/mildew/mould and smelt like it too.

Ha Long Essence Hotel exceeded all of our expectations
Pros:

What a beautiful stay we had at Ha Long Essence Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to organise trips and offer great recommendations. Our room was stunning, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
We were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a lovely thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.
The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ha Long.
