Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnisse und sehr hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die alle bemüht sind, einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Familien Zimmer waren geräumig und genau passend für uns. Besonders lecker fanden wir das Frühstück, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Personal und Zimmer gut,aber 0 Kulanz

Die Zimmer waren sauber,die Leute am Empfang sind immer höflich.

Cons:

Ich habe ausversehen doppelt gebucht,da die Seite nicht vernünftig geladen hat und es gab absolut gar kein Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels.. Ich werde mir aufgrund dessen zwei Mal überlegen hier nochmal herzukommen.. Sehr schade!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war schon vor 6:30 Uhr fertig aufgebaut und trotzdem sah das Hotel keine Möglichkeit, dass wir vor Abfahrt etwas bekommen.

Pros:

Das einzige was uns gefallen hat war die Lage und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken, sowie das kostenlose Parken am Wochenende.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben den Flair einer Jugendherberge. Ablage Möglichkeiten für Sachen sehr gering (1 Wandpaneel mit Bügel). Das Waschbecken wurde sicher aus einer Kindereinrichtung beschafft, sehr sehr klein, außer ein kl. Glas zum Zähneputzen hatte dort nichts Platz. Eine Ablage für Waschutensilien oder Hygieneartikel Fehlanzeige. Eine Plastedusche in ein Kl. Zimmer gebaut ohne jede Privatsphäre, Abtrocknen ging nur am Bett oder in der engen Dusche. Eine Aufhängemöglichkeit für nasse Badehandtücher ebenfalls Fehlanzeige. Das 2 Mannzimmer sehr klein und eng und auch nur 1 Stuhl auf den man abens seine Sachen stapeln konnte. Wir hatten auch noch ein 3 Mann Zimmer mitgebucht (waren mit 3 Enkeln unterweges) welche die selbe Größe und Ausstattung hatte wie das 2 Mann Zimmer, nur das hier noch ein Bett, über dem Doppelbett, an die Wand geschraubt war. Also war es hier noch enger wenn sich 3 Personen dort wohl fühlen sollten :-( .Zur Unterkunft kann ich nuir sagen für das Geld hatten wir schon bessere Übernachtungen, auch in Großstädten. Bei Benutzung der Toilette sollte man auch ehr schlank sein, da es hier sehr eng zugeht und bei geschlossener Tür sich schon mal die Nase an der Tür Stößt beim Aufstehen.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war das Frühstück, Das Angebot passte zwar, hatte aber den Flair eines MC Donald Restaurantes. Tische eng und Plastestühle und keierlei Privatphäre. Wir hatten einen zeitigen Termines, aber leider gab es keine Möglichkeit 5 Minuten früher zum Frühstück zu dürfen, obwohl im Frühstücksraum alles fertig eigedeckt war. Das nenne ich nicht unbedingt Service.
Für uns kommt diese Hotelkette bestimmt nicht wieder in die Auswahl.
