Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, günstiges Frühstück. Tiefgarage zu sehr fairem Preis. Tolle Lage.

Cons:

Klimaanlage liess sich nicht steuern. An der Rezeption wurde vorgeschlagen das Fenster einen Spalt mehr geht such nicht zu öffnen 😞

Da ich das Zimmer alleine genutzt habe, war die Größe und Ausstattung akzeptabel.
Pros:

Lage, Personal 😃, Locker Möglichkeiten

Cons:

Zu wenig Sitzplätze beim Frühstück
Die Körbe im Zimmer , als Schrankersatz völlig ungeeignet.
Zu zweit wäre das Zimmer absolut ungeeignet für mehr als eine Übernachtung

Cons:

Wir waren mit 2 Personen + baby (4 Monate alt) und hatten im Hotelzimmer leider nicht genügend Platz, es war sehr eng. Sehr schwierig den Kinderwagen im Zimmer abzustehlen. Beim Frühstück war es genauso. Es war sehr schwierig mit Kinderwagen einen geeigneten Platz zu finden. Die Tisch standen sehr eng beieinander so das man mit dem Kinderwagen nirgendwo durch kam.

Not great not bad
Pros:

The location was good and reachable. The room was clean.

Cons:

Parking discount is great but service not that great. The parking company is different than hotel. When you had an issue with ticket payment hotel cannot help with it. We had payment problem, reach to parking service and they send us other machines several times. We ran between two machines almost 8 times. Everytime we had different problems and finally they handled with manual payment. That definetely aware of this problem and bringing most useful solution at the end.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

zunächst hatten wir keinen strom bzw. licht im zimmer. nach einem anruf an der rezeption wurde dies aber gelöst. für ein ibis budget schon noch teuer für einen sonntag aber gut, ist hamburg.
