Lovely hotel, staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, nice shower.

The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. Food is great. There is a good beer garden and the hotel decor is very pleasant. Our room was good, the shower worked well and the water was hot.
Yes the stairs, the top three in particular are steep but as a staff member carried our suitcase up it wasn't a problem and there are handrails to help. Ask for a room on the ground floor if you see the stairs as a problem. A staff member carried our suitcase up and they are always happy to help wherever they can.
The hotel has the Harlech railway to the rear and a road to the front so it can be noisy if, as it was for our stay, the weather was extremely hot and the double glazed bedroom windows needed to be open at night.
Very friendly and helpful family run hotel. Was perfect to stay before playing golf at Royal St David’s the next day. We arrived around 7.30pm, but they let us eat in the beer garden as it was such great weather, and the food and choice of beer was excellent. Very comfortable room with one double and one single bed, en-suite for £121 bed and breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic, so overall I’d thoroughly recommend The Queens Hotel if you’re staying in Harlech. It’s right next to the castle.
It’s on the main road, so there was a bit of road noise in the morning.

Super friendly owners. Liam, Rachel and Son Jay at the bar, with his strong and personal centric ease of conversation and service 👍 Accommodation comfortable, well thought out, with really nice personal touches. Evening meal good, but Large Welsh Breakfast topped the stay off with a lovely full tummy for the day ahead 😋
Looks can be deceptive. It's a very old building, but see past that and the experience inside is welcoming and warm 😊

The staff and owners were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and furnished and have lovely little touches, like the pot of sweets and chocolate goodies! A quirky old building which has been renovated sympathetically and retains loads of character. Breakfast was excellent.

Had another fantastic weekend staying at The Queen's Hotel. Great food, lovely clean room and friendly staff. Doggy friendly and perfect location for the beach. Looking forward to our next visit thank you ☺️

Road noise
Muy bien ubicado a los pies del castillo con muy buenas vistas y con la playa fácilmente accesible. Buen desayuno y el restaurante también está bien para cenar.

It was great to start off the day with a filling, hearty breakfast, with so many options. The owners are lively, friendly and attentive.
A few more umbrellas for shade in the garden picnic tables, but it was unusually hot while we were there so I'm not sure if they would normally be necessary.

The fact we couldn't open the windows as we were on the ground floor. The weather was exceptional so it became stifling with 2 dogs as well. I understand that it's probably only that hot on the odd occasion.
