Fantastic hotel staff with incredible views
Pros:

- the staff here are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. They are also very friendly and helpful. Reception staff are welcome and upstairs bar staff are great to talk to especially as a solo traveller.
- the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfy and the view was pretty impressive. Cleaning made sure to restock soap, shampoo and ensure room was cleaned well.
- breakfast had a great spread of different options.

Cons:

- the road to the hotel is quite bumpy as the hotel is tucked away down a dirt road with a number of potholes.
- just a small thing, but my toilet wasn’t mounted well to the wall so it would creak when I sat on it.

Very positive!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, the setting is really comfortable. Also the mojito was legitimate. Big shoutout to Bryan the bartender for such a good mojito. Would absolutely recommend.

Pros:

A wonderful place, very central and still quite. A charming boutique hotel. I had a very spacious room, perfectly clean. The food in the two restaurants is very delicious.

Cons:

The internet was not always very stable but in the end good enough for essentials, also for virtual meetings.

The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made a big difference throughout our stay.

We especially liked the spacious layout, the amenities on the property, and how comfortable and clean the apartment was. It felt secure and well-managed, which is always important when staying for an extended period.

Cons:

The only downside of our stay was the mix-up with our booking. We had reserved the penthouse for our stay but were instead given a 3-bedroom apartment. While the apartment was still spacious and comfortable, it wasn’t what we had specifically chosen, which was disappointing.

However, despite that mix-up, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the property to others looking for a calm and comfortable place in Uganda.

I am amazed by how beautiful the hotel and accommodations are. Great value for your money. .

Exceptional. A 5 star amenities. Great helpful and welcoming staff. Mary will greet you with a big beautiful smile. Staff are all professional and eager to help. They will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Breakfast is wonderful. The view from the rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing. I had such a great time. I will definitely stay at Zara garden hotel and appt. on my next visit.

Someone came into my room while I was sleeping at 1AM did not nock nothing when I creamed he left…it’s only when I went to said they were sorry. No one came to me beforehand to explain that there had been a mistake about them coming into my room. I had to go and complain first before they apologized. If I hadn’t said anything, they obviously wouldn’t have said anything either. I was so scared that I couldn’t sleep until four in the morning.

Disappointed…AGAIN
Cons:

Clogged sink. There’s ALWAYS something happening with the plumbing when I stay at this place.

Couldn’t get a hold of the reception or restaurant ALL morning!
