Pros:

Nearest to the Kolkata Station.
Good in food quality.
Opposite to Auto stand and Bus Stand and more over close to Shyambazar and Hatibagan Market area.

Cons:

Nothing as such every thing was good and moreover Staff behaviour was excellent.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible, that's why I left after 6 days instead of 20 to a superior Hotel in Park street.
Pros:

Terrible, I ordered toast and poached eggs, I specified 'No Jam' more than 5 times. He said he understood and yet jam covered toast arrived.

Cons:

A shower, toilet paper.
