Great view and good value for the money
Pros:

The rooms are simple and a bit small, but clean and functional. The view from the location is great. Expect a narrow road with lots of serpentine bends before you reach the destination. The staff is nice, and the free parking next to the house is also a great plus if you come by car or motorcycle. It offers great value for the money.

Noise from the bar under the window.

Stunning location
Pros:

Bellavista deserves its name. The view, to put it simply, is spectacular and - even if the staff and hotel weren't so lovely - makes the hotel worth visiting. However, the hotel was very pleasant, and the staff were superb - friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were simple but perhaps a bit cramped - although the balcony made up for the lack of space within. The food at the restaurant was excellent: the pizza was probably the best that I've had this year, the service was good, and the wine was enjoyable(!). Overall, not only would I stay at the hotel again, but I would go out of my way to visit it.

Pros:

Bien plus qu'il n'en faut pour passer une nuit, balcon, vue sur la montagne, salle de bain juste à côté, lit confortable, ce logement était très propre.
Nous sommes arrivés en moto, où il y a moyen de se garer sur un parking privé. L'endroit est très calme et plutôt isolé.
Je recommande !

Cons:

La situation par une route, presque un chemin qui fait que le GPS n'a pas su indiquer.
Mais une fois qu'on sait, c'est évident.

Pros:

Rapport qualité prix correct. Nous avions eu une super belle vue sur le lac et un agréable moment a la pizzeria. Je recommande donc ce logement

Un petit village typique
Pros:

Petite auberge perchée dans un petit village avec une vue magnifique sur le bout du lac de Garlate et les montagnes.
Lieu très typique et fréquenté par des habitués
Le restaurant pizzeria est très bien (mama mia, la carte des pizzas !!!)

Tutto, rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo.
70 euro a notte senza ascensore, senza aria condizionata, senza accoglienza , senza colazione, senza asciugacapelli, senza frigorifero, senza potenza energetica nelle prese elettriche.
Una coca cola in bottiglia pagata 6€ e 50 per pagare l asporto delle pizze in camera, manco fossero pizze di oro. Servizio e accoglienza pessimo.
Personale arrogante.

La proprietaria dubitava di qualsiasi nostro acquisto...abbiano soggiornto 3 notti e ha messo solo 2 bustine di bagnodoccia....per potersi lavare solo 1 giorno....
